Cons: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.
Pros: I was amazed how comfortable we were in economy. Pillows, Blankets that felt like cotton. I would fly Lufthansa over an american carrier any day. We passed through the business class cabin on the way out and I can only imagine how much they were pampered!
Cons: Since flying in the US has become expensive and painful I was not expecting much from this flight. They exceed my expectations by so much that I cannot think of anything I would change. (Ok, my chicken was a bit over cooked but that was such a minor thing.)
Pros: Pillows, blankets and earphones waiting on the seat and it was a lovely crew. Hurricane Dorian made us late for our connecting flight but we were impressed with the efficiency of a waiting rebooked boarding pass upon arrival.
Cons: Even with an upgraded seat purchase they were uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. This is an ongoing problem on most airlines. One would think that with technology, a better system could be designed...
Pros: The crew was very helpful, gong out of their way as even bringing me camomile tea. It was lukewarm, it it’s the thought that counts.
Cons: The seats were way too tiny on this giant airbus, even for me and my daughter-in-law who are both under 5 feet and under 100 lbs. te flight was torture. Food also was not as good as previous Lufthansa fare.
Pros: NOTHING.....................TAP AIR PORTUGAL CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTIFCATION. I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE, HAD THE APP ON MY PHONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL...................NO ONE ADVISED. i SHOW UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY..............DREADFUJL AIRLINES
Cons: EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS
