Logan changed the schedule so I couldn’t use the hotel rooms we’d booked which were non refundable. £250 down the pan!!
Everything was fantastic. My trip was short and sweet. No problems. Just remember. My paid checked in was i belive 2 to 3 lbs overweight. I believe I could have been given a discretionary pass rather than paying or unpacking. Especially as flight was probably half full only. Thank you
I really enjoyed the good hot tea and biscuits. I loved the tartan plaid head-rests on each seat and the fact that there were all different. The crew’s uniforms are very sharp looking, too.
I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.
Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Air Lingus was in no hurry to get us on the plane as sat at the gate a long time before they boarded us. Then they leave us on the tarmac for an hour. They were no help to let me know what I needed to do to get home. I had to navigate London Heathrow with 0 help from them.
There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!
Great. Has a problem with DOB. Fixed 4 us. Led to a 5 hour earlier flight to London!
My flights with Aer Lingus were very good and I will definitely fly with them. Again in future trips to Ireland and Scotland.
At check-in the unmanned machines said QR code was invalid so had to queue for over an hour to check in bags
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Amenity kits were never handed out. There was zero friendliness and assistance by crew. Food was uneatable. One drink was offered and no wine, with dinner or before or after. Cocktails and beverages were not encouraged and when I asked for water, none was given. Poorest, most cramped business class flight I’ve ever been on.
I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.
Check in desks at Bodrum we’re not labelled properly to the point we ended up queuing at the desk only for the signs for business and economy to be put up later and we had to move lines to go into the economy queue. By the time we got to the front, we ended up be ushered to the business queue anyway to get checked in. The flight left on time but then we had to circle the air for a good 15 mins and then when we landed we had to wait to be taxied for another hour. Our baggage didn’t arrive but nobodies did but were told after an hour of waiting that no more bags would be delivered to all passengers had to fill out a form to get their bags delivered. Could have told us that a while ago. Very poor communications
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
