£130 Find Cheap Flights from Europe to Stornoway

Everything was fantastic. My trip was short and sweet. No problems. Just remember. My paid checked in was i belive 2 to 3 lbs overweight. I believe I could have been given a discretionary pass rather than paying or unpacking. Especially as flight was probably half full only. Thank you

I really enjoyed the good hot tea and biscuits. I loved the tartan plaid head-rests on each seat and the fact that there were all different. The crew’s uniforms are very sharp looking, too.

I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

5 hour flight with no food or on-board entertainment. Flight crew barely made rounds to provide water.

Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. Dinner was aweful at the hotel Overall very poor experience

The transit at Heathrow was an absolute and total nightmare. Absolutely gut wrenchingly horrible and scary. Embarrassing that their National air carrier cannot figure a half decent experience for passengers to transit via London. Shameful.

The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.

Gate agents were late…flight was late and air attendants unhelpful.

The flight went well. However the leg room in coach class is very very tight. We arrived early but could not get to the gate early….sadly. Also something about off loading cargo- we had to wait to deplane. There was not clear explanation for that.

Awful. Flight was late. Follow flights cancelled. No person at the British airways counter for hotel voucher. Awful service.
