Pros: "They are great at service and care of their passengers. Their staff always go out of their way to make sure of comfort. Loganair seems one of the few to still give a beverage and a snack with purchase of ticket (wonderful). I am super thankful of well trained staff and their knowledge on luggage and sizing on the smaller planes especially when traveling to and from larger planes. I never had any issues with being able to take my backpack on or being asked to check it as it carried my laptop & wallet...unlike other airlines of similar size running to & from SYY."

There were no Logan Air ground staff actually working so we relied in the customer services desk at the airport to give us direction on what to do, and we were told that we would be eligible for compensation. I have now been told ( almost 2 months later) that the flight was only delayed and not cancelled so we are not getting a compensation payout to cover the huge additional cost I had to spend to fly another airline to get me to Aberdeen. Awful customer service, unreliable flights"

"I was robbed of my flight, I was improperly re routed, I was abandoned at the airport and told there was nothing they could do after being improperly rerouted, except call and file a complaint offered an apology by customer service. I filed a complaint and I have still not heard anything back. I was forced to purchase 3 additional flights and still not even offered a credit for the error of BA and their counter attendant."

"Check in at the Heathrow BA could have been more organised. At G check in BA had 8 open for World & Europe with a steady flow of about 15 in line where as regular check in was 9 open. I counted 9 rows 50, that 450. I spoke to a BA person that they could have changed the ratio of checking to reflect the amount. All in all with Covid it worked out ok even though plane was 50 min late. Glenn"

"I would like my refund because I was never given a chance to use the flight. I you need to send me connection to process refund for the whole trip. I booked through you and the trip was never allowed to continue. Please assist me get my refund to settle and close this chapter."

One male attendant in particular was grouchy and touchy, physically grabbing tables and seats and repositioning the passengers for landing. Another wider attendant seemed to make it a personal vendetta to barrel into anyone who dared extend a shoulder into "her" aisle. During last two hours of flight, the cabin temperature soared into the high 80s (I blame the grouchy attendant), which was made worse because that model of plane didn't have personal air vents."

Cons: "Very disappointed with Ryanair and lack of communication from kayak regarding the checking in process. This was our first time to Europe and we booked a last minute trip to Dublin. We arrived at the airport 3 hours in advance to check in and allow time for navigation. We waited in line for an hour only to know that we were either supposed to check in online or upstairs at the airport. We had 4 minutes to check in when we got to the front desk. Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"

I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"

Cons: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

Pros: "Arrived early, a bit confused as to why our bags had to go in the hold but they arrived in a very timely fashion and although the 3 of us were separated, I was in a fire exit seat and my long legged son also had extra leg room at the front. Bonus!"
Cons: "I wish the seats could recline just a little. I can't read without feeling sick so a 3 hour flight can be pretty uncomfortable."

Pros: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Cons: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."

Pros: "The make cabin crew had such a strong accent and spoke so fast that no one on the plane could barely understand a word he said during any of the announcements. He made no effort to slow it down and speak clearer"

Cons: "Our flight ended up almost 3 hours late which caused us to miss our flight home. When we asked for assistance and explained our situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. She even jokingly shared advice on a place to eat since we were probably not going to make it home that day. This delay cost us another night in a hotel and a couple thousand for tickets on another flight the following day. When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. I highly recommend you choose another airline."

Cons: "The plane arrived in Palma late, the gate was changed twice, we were told before boarding that there are no drinks on board and that we should buy drinks before boarding in the nearby shops. The plane took of with more than 70min delay. Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."

Cons: "Ryanair wouldn't let me cancel my flight, which means my money was completely wasted."

Pros: "Nice easy flight. Staff were up and down with food and drinks."

Cons: "Felt like it was a scam as I thought I was checked in with the printed out paperwork that said in big font that my checkin was completed. Then heard a fellow traveler on the plane that that's what you do. Then we heard a singer in the local pub sing about it which made me think I was not the only one. Bob Corbett"

Cons: "This was the WORST flying experience of my life. You have to check in online otherwise they scam you out of tons of money. Seems pretty straight forward right? WRONG! They don't send you an email when it's time to check in. They will also send you on a wild goose chase through an airport and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I will never fly with them or their affiliates again."

Cons: "Got to my seat on the plane and it was covered with potato chip crumbs left behind by the previous flight's passengers and obviously not cleaned. Got harassed and threatened by the gate attendant while boarding because I didn't have a Visa check stamp on my boarding pass even though I had visited check-in and was not given one."

Cons: "The new Ryanair tactics of splitting couples to force them to play for the seat."

Cons: "They are very strict with their cabin luggage policy, but are not polite about it and try to charge even people who do comply with their specified sizes."

Cons: "The employees were just as unhelpful flying to dublin as they were flying out of dublin. Simple questions were met with disdain and annoyance rather than polite answers. We went through 3 different people before finding out that we didn't need to go through any of them which the first person could have told us. By the way the first person was a customer service attendant and he swiftly moved us on to the next line to stand in which was completely unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time. I will never fly with ryanair again."

Cons: "Annoying staff selling items every 20 minutes. Cabin lights on the whole time during a 9:30-12am flight. No rest quite annoying!"

Pros: "The crew was cordial."
Cons: "Takeoff was delayed by 1 hour due to what seemed like a totally preventable clerical error (in pairing a piece of checked luggage and a passenger). This delay reduced our transit options on arrival and also inconvenienced our host. The flight was overheated and uncomfortable. At the freight-level prices, I wasn't expecting food or entertainment, and I was aware the flight would be full, but I was expecting at the least a functional temperature control or effort to use it. Especially during the hour we idled on the tarmac prior to takeoff."

Cons: "They even didn't offer a glass of water."

Cons: "Understaffed personnel, not very personal (understandably), bare-bones accommodations, and attempts to make money at every opportunity were all annoying. Required online booking - could use a warning or a one-time pass for newbies, as complications with my email and not being clear on this requirement left me paying double for my flight. I will avoid this airline in the future."

Pros: "I got exactly what was expected for the low price. This is a great way to travel light and cheap. The bad reviews are mostly a result of not reading the rules before booking. Don't expect food and entertainment."
Cons: "The boarding process could be a little faster if there was more than one person checking people through, but the flight still arrived on time."

Cons: "Stupid 50 we had to pay extra. Never fly this airline again. A scam leaving me feeling like I was just screwed. I will actively tell people to never fly with you. Cut the surprise check in fee like normal airlines."
