Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.
Cons: The airline cancelled the flight alluring weather conditions, when the reality was they did not wanted the plane to park in Kansas. The weather conditions were even worse on the flight I was moved to, and that flight was not cancelled. They absolutely did not care about the passengers
Pros: Crew was helpful and food was good.
Pros: Crew are not friendly and I didn't have proper food. I have not asked to choose meal. I thought I can tell in flight that I want veg meal.
Cons: Since rools are changing in international travel. You should inform the new tools to the customer.

Pros: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Cons: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Pros: I would def use this airline again.
Cons: The only issue was they’re weren’t any outlets to charge your phone or laptop
Cons: Paid thousands of dollars for this trip and my luggage is missing as tap Portugal convinently lost it.
Pros: The crew were excellent during the flight.
Cons: We missed our connection flight because our first flight was delayed. Despite getting to the desk when there were still people queuing he refused to let us board. We are now delayed for 30 hours with no money or clothes. TAP staff were horrible- no sympathy or even an apology. Just awful.
Pros: The tripulation are very nice people. The food is better last year. Is good.
