Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

Good flight, awful, vindictive, vile customer services in T5 Heathrow.

Business class area too small and chair and equipment not comfortable .

I never made this flight but the staff helped to get me rebooked (see previous review)

No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl

Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.

The second leg of my flight unexpectedly got canceled. I was stuck at the airport for the whole day and instead of flying out that morning I flew out in the evening. For some of my fellow passengers it was the second cancellation and their original flight was supposed to go out the day before. There was no reason given though getting rebooked was quick even though I would have preferred if I would have been on one of the earlier flights that day. Compensation was a £10 voucher for some food at the airport. I eventually arrived without further incident but but due to the cancellation, it was one of my more frustrating travels of my life.

Sardine can layout in Business Class, where you spend the flight starin st your seat neighbors. nowhere to put a book or phone or anything. How an airline could buy a seat design with such a terrible layout is beyond reason! Clearly the people who bought this mess of a seat design weren’t frequent flyers. I’ve had better experiences on other carrier’s premium economy. Would not recommend. Expensive prices and terrible hard product!
