Same as before being upgraded to business class made it perfect

What, first class and not even a cup of coffee before landing at 5 am in First Class? Really?

Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.

Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.

Even though there was space, they made me check out my luggage. It was very annoying. That’s the reason I bring a carry on so that I don’t have to check out my luggage!!!!

The luggage was completely damaged. It was ripped at the corner and the lock was stuck. We had to rip it open.

Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.

The staff were very nice! However when our first flight got delayed an hour, the second connection flight was not delayed and the layover was only 40 minutes. When we rushed and made it to our gate for the connection flight, the gate said it had moved to another section of the airport. We barley made it to the connection flight, and overall we were very stressed. We asked about taking a later time for the second connection flight, but the other option was much later and we would have to wait at the airport for 9+ hours. I just wish American Airlines could have moved the second connection flight to a later time too for its customers, and thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Terrible. Flight got diverted and missed connections. Staff was uninterested in helping us get our connections sorted out
