Pros: Although there were delays they kept us informed on a regular basis as to what to expect and seemed genuinely apologetic for any inconveniences. Boarding and deplaning were smooth and efficient. I really appreciated that there was no charge for checking a bag. I am certain that contributes to the ease of everyone getting on and off the plane. Our bags arrived at baggage claim about the same time we got there. I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again.

Cons: Seats were really old and outdated

Pros: This is the way to fly long haul.

Cons: Frustration is it is impossible to sleep during the breakfast service, but this is a problem for all airlines and Virgin is better than most.

Cons: the aircraft is small and confined, only two toilets for the entire economy level passengers for a 6 hour flight. the online entertainment lacks variety and the food was okay.

Pros: The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did.

Cons: The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent.

Pros: The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft.

Pros: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Cons: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Cons: The plane itself and seating was filthy, some unknown substance fell on me from the vent above, there was a bunch of crumbs in the seat buckle that fell out all over my lap when I fastened it. I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout.

Cons: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Cons: The only complaint I have was the bag dropoff counter. There was one person, checking in 9 airlines! A second person came after awhile, and they were amazing, polite and very efficient. But the wait to get to the counter was not acceptable. Even tho' we were fourth in line, they began calling people from the back for another, I guess, earlier flight, different airline. Understandable, but frustrating for those of us who arrived early, but had to wait. Otherwise, flying Aer Lingus was a pleasure.

Cons: There was a medical issue and Virgin Atlantic refused to accept the ticket code - for any price - toward a new ticket. I paid for a new ticket and took another airline.

They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Cons: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Cons: The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight.

Cons: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.
