Pros: "Every flight was late. And then we missed a connection not because we landed late, but because they didn’t have a bridge crew. So we sat on the ground for 45 minutes awaiting a bridge crew. Invitee were re-booked on a new connection, but low and behold that was also late."

Soon it was all about air traffic control. said that FlightConnections would be working on flights for this with missed connections. not true - nothing done while we were flying, and landed"

Pros: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Cons: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Cons: "80+ year old disabled person placed in aisle seat next to me (middle). She was sweet and thoughtful, but couldn't even rise from her seat without assistance. This pinned the window passenger and me in our seats for 8.5 hours with only one bathroom break -- the stuff out of nightmares and ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE! Of course, crew would not accommodate any changes. ** Why should I ever choose BA again? ** (Seriously, I'd like to hear your answer.) Food nutrition -- generally tasty, but carb-heavy, fatty and salty. A de facto salad meal option would have been appreciated."

Pros: "Very smooth security and boarding process at Gatwick. It was worth the extra $11 to have pre-selected my seat, 9C, in the second row of Coach on the aisle. The seating was a bit cramped, and the flight was full, but being up front made everything more pleasant. The landing process in Valencia went very well, and the metro to the town center was very efficient."
Cons: "The flight attendants had some problems initially with the electronic card reader for taking payments for food and beverage. It's always a bit jarring to me to be onboard an airplane where there's not a single complimentary beverage option, but I know it's common on many non-US carriers."

Cons: "BA website required payment for any seat selection, so I paid $35 for two aisle seats to be close to my husband. Then, BA website did not allow change or upgrade of seating when I at last discovered upper deck availability and paid another $50 each for us to sit together.. I purchased seating months in advance, and so did friends travelling with me, but my husband's seat was given free to a man who said had just purchased 2 days prior. I purchased my one friend an exit row seat in main cabin for $75 but BA gave it to someone else. Yes, I want refunds and will be writing more about this to BA and posting about this horrid discomfort."

Cons: "The entertainment screens were old and not clear and not easy to use. The crew was not efficient, not very friendly and not very accommodating. They offered minimal service, contrary to another crew on the A380 flight with BA going from LHR to JNB. Between flights, I guess I saw the better and the worse of BA."

Pros: "The seats were smaller than other Business Class and rather inconvenient. No place for the water bottle, foot rest not easily configured, etc."

Cons: "Not enough room tor luggage, I did not have any, but many people had too much, they were not able to put it in the available space. People should NOT be allowed to take soo much luggage into the cabin. In Prague it took more than 30 minutes to get our bags!!!!The WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED..."

Pros: "The crew were pleasant and attentive. The food and entertainment were good. We had a large meal, a light meal, and a snack for an 11 hour flight. Plus drinks. The lights were kept off for half the time so we could sleep or rest."
Cons: "The seats are horribly crowded. If the person in front of you lowers their seat back (as mine did) you have about 8 inches from your face to their seat back. That with already very little seat room and I felt as though I was in a straight jacket for much of the flight."

Cons: "A few peoples televisions, including my own, just stopped working midway through the flight. The crew didn't offer us much to drink (like they didn't walk around offering water enough). Also paid extra for seating which we did not get the seats I paid for pretty sure."

Cons: "The flight didn't exist. Got to the airport and they said there was a glitch and I booked a flight that didnt have a plane. They drove me to Heathrow and got me on another flight 4 hours later. Missed the last bus home and now am stuck in NYC till the morning."

Cons: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Cons: "Lack of assistance regarding my missing belongings. Incorrect information relating to landing card to be completed when arriving in London. Stretching over me to pass food etc to passenger sitting facing other direction, and literally millimetres from my face, without any politeness having to do it. Configuration gives no privacy as you look at the passenger next to you. Functions of chair did not work. Pillow was thinner Than a piece of paper. Crew showed no concern."

Cons: "I have both celiac and a mushroom allergy -- no meal option was proviided to accommodate both. Sure enough, my gluten-free meal contained mushrooms. (It's surprising to me that, since celiacs often have other food allergies/sensitivities, the meal contained a pretty common allergen.) Stuff happens sometimes, but it felt a bit as if the flight attendant felt inconvenienced by my inability to eat the meal. Also, usually disabled passengers are given the opportunity to pre-board -- the wheelchair didn't arrive until quite late, so I was one of the last people, if not the last, on the flight, something that makes getting settled a lot more difficult than when I've been allowed to pre-board. I realize that wheelchair attendants are employed by the airport, not the airline, but he gate agent seemed unconcerned about the fact that nobody had arrived to pick up wheelchair passengers despite the fact that everyone else was already boarding. Finally, the flight departed/arrived quite late, which meant that I had about 10 minutes to spend in the Heathrow Club World lounge before having to wait for a wheelcehair attendant to take me to my connecting flight."
