Pros: Good crew, my seat did NOT recline.

Cons: Plane was somewhat crowded.

Pros: An uneventful and relaxing flight. The flight attendants were great. They actually smiled.

Pros: Everything was good starting with boarding to disembarking airplane. Crew was respectful and the airplane seemed to be clean in general. I’m flight entertainment is excellent and made the flight seem a lot shorter.

Cons: Boarding pass has specific alphabet zones but boarding was done via cabin number which was slightly confusing. I didn’t realize that zone E is part of cabin 2. I think more clear instructions should be given.

Pros: confortable and good service.

Pros: Gate was super close to the lounge.

Cons: The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey.

Pros: Direct flight. Crew was good. I got home alive.

Cons: The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room.

Cons: They ran out of food by the time they got to the back of the plane.

Cons: Delaying a flight by 2 hours for crew issues is ridiculous and even more do not alerting me to the change before I was at the airport. Terrible

Cons: Boarding was chaotic. The flight attendants never even asked us if we wanted anything to drink- never! Not even water. They were just too busy serving those who were buying food and drinks on board. For a 4-hour flight?!!! Simply unacceptable.

Pros: Flight to Atlanta was good going to watch a movie. Missed our connecting flight in Atlanta due to sitting on the tarmac for 25 minutes

Cons: Do not put your connecting flights one terminal miles away from the other terminal

Pros: The crew were outstanding - providing an excellent service, above and beyond what I expected. The First Office provided 5 updates during the 2.5 hour flight which were colourful and informative (ie not just blah blah announcements but a valued and interesting announcements) and the Cabin Service Manager was personalable and friendly. At the end of her flight she publicly thanked her staff for a good days work which I thought was very nice of her to acknowledge her staff like that. All round - a great flight made very easy with brilliant staff.

Cons: There was nothing that could be better - it was 110% perfect already

Cons: Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?

Pros: Professional crew, Good service , comfortable seating, fine entertainment.

Cons: First time traveling abroad, it was a unique experience and a learning one.

His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration.

Cons: Seat 26 beside exit but cold air passing through the door/fuselage made the overnight flight very cold and uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Pros: Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew.

Cons: Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?

Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future.

Cons: If you have any problems. Do not call customer support!!! Call centre is in SA, and the operatives are unhelpful, put the phone down and incompetent. I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!

Cons: Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu
