Cons: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Pros: Kind flight staff. I'm also 6' 6" and it seemed like there was slightly more leg room in the standard seats. I wouldn't say I was super comfortable but I could still feel my legs after the flight which is saying something.

Cons: I will never fly Icelandair anymore because they don’t provide any free meal for passengers. Even the expensive meal l paid for, taste horrible. I’ve never seen anything like that. Giving meals or snacks are part of passengers comfort.

Cons: The plane was actually about to fly off when it suddenly skidded to a stop. We weren't informed about the reason, but all of a sudden, the plane couldn't take off for over two hours. My family and I ended up missing our connecting flight home. BA tried compensating with food vouchers and rebooking us onto another flight, but our family got split up in the process and we were all assigned to different middle seats.

Pros: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Cons: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Pros: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Cons: Reykjavik Airport is a joke. Totally disorganized. Not enough seats to sit in and wait. Many passengers were sitting on the floor. Extremely long lines for people waiting to board their flights. Mass confusion. Food court required people to show their boarding passes in order to purchase food. People learned this after they got up to the cash register to pay for their food. Again, huge confusion. Ridiculous way to treat people.
