Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.
I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.
It was a good flight overall. Nothing to add. Keep it up!
Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor
Service and food were excellent, could have been more info in English.
The flight had no working entertainment system or WiFi. Very old plane. Some restrooms weren’t working. My seat was broken. Just a very bad experience for 13 hours. A real shame they allow planes in this state to fly.
The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!
Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.
No WiFi was available the entire flight, and the screens where media entertainment were disconnected.
They did not explain at a right time for the almost 1.5 hour’s delay after landing. And I think food should be served to every passenger for 9 hours flight, not optional.
We left 1.5 hours late therefore missing my connection. The airline didn’t give vouchers.
The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Didn't have bar code on our phone based boarding pass. People at the counter didn't notice. We walked to security, couldn't get through, had to go back to check in to get a paper boarding pass.
One of my suitcases was left in Frankfurt during the layover. The suitcase arrived the next day so, I had to get a cab to drive me for over 200 kilometers to go back to the airport to pickup the suitcase. After I picked up the suitcase and left the airport, I realized that one of the wheels of the suitcase is broken. When I tried to submit a complaint, the system did not allow me to do that because I have to do it at the airport and I have only three days to submit the complaint. Given that I am staying 200 kilometers away from the airport, I am not going to go back again to the airport to submit the complaint about the suitcase. I spent all that money on airline tickets to go to Algeria to be on vacation not to go back and forth for 200 kilometers between where I am staying and the airport.
Poor food choice. They even ran out of fish in business class. Old dated planes, IFE and seating.
