They didn’t have my special meal I requested. It seemed like they just put a sticker on a veg meal for me. I had a little bit of it but it didn’t taste good and I got sick from eating it by the time I boarded my Frankfurt to NY flight

Flight attendant was very rude helping me out. Food was discussing did not eat any of it.

Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.

I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.

The pasta in the evening meal was tasteless. Otherwise, the flight was okay.

Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.

The flight was delayed. No information was provided as to the reason for the delay. There was only water offered during the flight.

You cancel my flight in the morming and I have only one hour for my transit for Cluj this is not too much
