The seats are so close that you have 0 room to move. Not acceptable for an 11 hour flight.

The embarkation at Dublin was a kin to a Ryanair approach, in other words a circuitous and cheep access

I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the crew helped me check my bags and made sure I got in the correct line to board. It was a bit of a walk to my gate so arrive early. I would recommend securing a flight that includes checking in your bag if you remotely think your baggage is over 10kg/22lbs. Be safe and upgrade unless you are carrying a backpack or weekend type baggage.
Business class seats were harder than expected, and lie flat we're not very comfortable. Less expensive than other business class flights, and much better than flying economy. The crew was excellent, as was the food.
Boarding was slow and getting off the plane took a long time. The crew did not have enough water for the trip.
Boarding was a bit chaotic, planes were on the oldish side. Otherwise, very nice flight. Would fly them again.
food was terrible on the plane, bring your own food, its not worth eating.
Turkey slices for breakfast. What happened to eggs, bacon, and sausage? The TV shows could’ve been more comprehensive as well as the movies.
The in flight meal was absolutely delicious. One thing I noted was that the meals weren’t just prepackaged tv dinner style options but were actual prepared meals you could tell were cooked that day in a kitchen and individually packaged for the flight.

this flight was awful from pre-boarding to on the plane. There needs to be more coordination between TAP and My Way. We were in first class and I am handicapped. BY the time we got on the plane there was no place for our baggage and the crew did not handle the situation well. They gave us an argument and said that we'd have to have it checked. Then, after I complained they moved some people's bags to put our small carry ons several seats back of our seats which were in Row 4.
The airport temperature at the airport and on the flight was too warm
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
All went smoothly. Got assisted travel which was easily arranged and delivered.

On time departure; arrived early into Faro. Air Malta operating flight, crew friendly and efficient.
They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.
Great flight, departed only 10 mins behind schedule off the aircraft and through security in less than 15 minutes. Love flying from Cardiff so easy a quick from entrance to duty free in less than 10 minutes 😀
Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line
Staff were friendly and flight was on time. Free drink and snacks would have been appreciated.
