Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing

My flight was extremely cold. I had a jacket and a cover was left in each seat. The cover was extremely thin and I have a disability, fibromyalgia and arthrithis and AC air is the worst. I closed my vent and my husbands vent and it still was frigid. I asked the attendant if I could get another cover and she quickly almost dismissively and totally unconcerned stating, (I quote) (one per chair) and walked off so quickly that I didn't get a chance to explain to her that I literally have adisability. I didnt want to make a seen so I set on that flight for over 5 hours in pain, joints locking up and extremely uncomfortable. When my fibromyalgia flares up my joints not only ache but they will lock up also and it takes me days to get back to my regular self even though I take medication for it. I felt like it would not have hurt anyone at all for her to just give me an extra cover because I'm sure they have all types of medical issues in people that fly every day.

After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day

From Atlanta to Savannah - flight connection was way to short (we weren't even late landing ) and flight was already boarding when we landed - we were told we were the last on board and so we had to gate check our bags. Once we got on the plane, there were at least seven open bag spots so that was unnecessary delay. There should be better communication between the gate agent and the crew.

It would be nice if was given wires ear buds. Overall was a good experience was able to sleep on the plane

I always fly Delta main cabin and pay to upgrade my seat to preferred/extra leg room. However this time even with the buying the upgraded seat I was extremely cramped with very little legroom and unable to move comfortably. For some reason meal service was very early in the flight and my row seemed to have been skipped. Most of my attendant calls were unanswered. I was unable to get extra water, or crackers/snacks to make up for my missed meal. I always carry protein bars in my personal bag, but with no extra legroom I wasn’t able to access from underseat in front of me. I am unable to sleep while flying so I read and count on in flight entertainment. However the passenger in front of me reclined their seat fully preventing me from being able to view the screen or be able to rest my book on tray table to read. One of the first times I’ve been completely disappointed in Delta. I fly internationally 2-3 times a year.

Delta flight was on time, seats were comfortable, and crew was nice.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

Friendly crew, quick boarding. We even arrived a few minutes earlier than our original flight plan. No onboard screens, but it’s a relatively short flight so it’s not really an issue.

Zero updates from the pilots for 30 minutes in the tarmac

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

Tap air Portugal was the best I will traveling again with u guys. Thank u.

Flight was delayed on 6/20 to miss international connection. Next flight out was 24 hours later. Not acceptable.

Flight from FNC to OBO was cancelled. We were rebooked to Lisbon later in the day. It was inconvenient but it worked out ok in the end.

Terrible flight attendant attitude. Average 3-star hotel employee has better hospitality skills. Business class seats are literally a joke. TAP executives should ride business class in other airlines to develop some rudimentary sense of what business class is.

I’ve never had worse food in business class ever!

The crew was very nice. The food was good. The entertainment on the way back to Miami wasn’t as good as the flight over. I wanted to watch Wicked but on the way over from Miami to Lisbon but the screen didn’t work. On the way from Lisbon to Miami Wicked wasn’t an option. Liked the option to check out overhead carry on with our checked luggage Overall the flights were very good. I would fly TaP again

Little leg room in business. I am tall and could use more.

Flight was packed. This was a very uncomfortable experience. Boarding process could be explained better. Despite recommending a window seat when travelling with a pet in the cabin, the seat in front of me had less space than the center and aisle seats. For Premium Economy, the seats were crammed with minimal legroom. I hate to think what Regular Economy was like. The cabin crew missed me at first when handing out meals. When my meal eventually came, there were no utensils. I'd originally booked to fly Business Class; those seats didn't look that great either.

First time and I enjoyed the trip…. Will fly again soon 🔜

I’m still missing my bags. I’m soo frustrated

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

the airline check in attendant made me check my carry on bag which was VERY small and contained medicine for both of my parents stating it was a full flight. Upon boarding there were several open seats and available compartments where my bag would have fit. DO NOT SELL tickets inclusive of a carry-on with the intention of REQUIRING people to check it.

Flight from LGW to JFK delayed by 4 hrs No explanation given until the pilot said the delay due to planned maintenance on the aircraft

More space, of course. a footrest! more room to walk. Movie selection was awful. Some good documentaries would help if the movies can't be better. The flight itself was great, crew was great.

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

Staff and Pre boarding good. Boarding also good. Seats cramped no leg room Understand having to stay on board during change at Rio but being arranged to stay in seats for 2 hrs is unreasonable. No drinks or refreshments offered during this period - not even water, to rub it in - trays of drink passing us by on the way to economy plus and business class. On the second leg of flight was six hours before being offered drink/water.

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own

With three empty seats across the aisle from me I politely asked the crew if I could sit in one of those seats. They initially told me I couldn't do it for my safety. When I pressed them again they blamed the captain. So which was it? I didn't appreciate either nonsense explanation simply because they didn't want to honor my request.

Boarding was delayed and we had to get on buses to plane so group # didn't matter. No food or drinks served gratis. Seats were small, knees smashed into the seat ahead, didn't recline. Crew was excellent though.

LCY airport is an amazing airport and I love the flight from LCY to FRA with BA. Efficient, easy, comfortable and great luggage allownace with BA. I iused to fly predominantley LH, but the service and price - benefit ratio of Lufthansa has deteriorated a lot over the last 5 years. Whereas BA keeps an excellent service level with friendly staff.
