Fantastic experience flying from Muscat to Islamabad with Fly Jinnah. Great check-in, crew, I sat in the emergency exit row so plenty of space, no issues with baggage. Boarding was prompt and we landed early. What more could you ask for? Fabulous trip, and outstanding value for money.

Business class website is horrible I couldn’t even check in online never happened me before any other website

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

They destroyed my baby’s stroller and the seats was broken

The flight was delayed which cost me to missed my connection flight.

The planes are very cold. The AC is too much.

Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.

They lost the stroller and car seat which they found after 4 days, and on the way back they damaged the stroller.

Same situation saudi lost my pram and car seat and damaged lagguage

Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.

Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.

The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

Worst flight ever.service was extremely poor and food taste was horrible.Served me mashed potatoes and chicken calling it Briyani.

I like it very much. Gulf Air is always the topper rank of the world. I love it very much.

The drinks should come before food. Unable to have any fluid unless after food. Thanks

Aircraft was new and comfertable .on time. Cabin crews, which I got english language pronounce was very difficult to understand .ovee all ok flight

Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!

The flight was a transit and I had my boarding pass from the departure. I have talked to the check in person to set me up close to my family seats and ended up with my wife in one seat, 3 years old son in different seat and myself on different seat. very disappointing and overwhelming.

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Kind regards, Mohammed Sent from my iPhone

Kuwait Airways is one of the airlines that has entered into competition with other carriers and has become distinguished in the quality of its services. However, it still requires further development, particularly in its digital services related to airport operations and in-flight entertainment. I believe that over the coming years, Kuwait Airways may reach a highly competitive level in terms of the services it provides.

I do not have any issue after travelling but not able to return back to Newyork because my flight is cancelled. Requested to refund my full amount.

Are you KIDDING RIGHT NOW?!? SENDING OUT SURVEYS FOR CANCELED FLIGHTS IN A CONFLICT ZONE?!? ARE YOU FEELING OK???

Food is terrible, service is not good. Staff were not personable and rushed food service.

Boarding /lounge :Chaotic boarding , business /first class had a dedicated line but it was upto to the passenger to figure out and use those lines .Oasis lounge is clean but tiny so it felt over crowded . Neither the food nor amenities felt business/first class . Cabin and tech : 2-2-2 configuration needs to go . Leg space is cramped , headsets didn’t work . WIFI does exist or didn’t work on the entire 20 hour journey . Food and crew : Preordered “Hindu Non vegetarian” meal , crew was clueless , they didn’t even bother to ask if they weren’t sure what that meant . Served mediocre vegetarian food though menu had chicken /lamb options . In short , worst business class experience of all the airlines I flew to date . Not sure if there is one area they compete in let alone excel … avoid if you can .

Next time im going to use Kuwait air lines, hopefully

Everybody was so nice to treat me good all the workers When I came to Bangladesh there was just a little problem with the luggage but I got my luggage it took like two hours Other than that everything is good

Food quality should be upgrade. Plastic spoons looks like not good as well as food quality not up to the mark.

Everything was great specially the seats was comfortable even I was in the economy and the food was really Great👍

Not much on entertainment, food was good but not delicious, flight was on time

The plane is old, but the flight was on time.

The plane was old and the headrest was broken. The flight was on time.

Very unprofessional staff gave us hard time I will never ever fly out with PIA

The flight from Gilgit to Islamabad was cancelled. I had to arrange alternate transportation to Islamabad that took over 12 hours drive over a dangerous mountain pass with mudslides that were still being cleared as we drove. Could I please be given a refund for this cancelled flight?

I am very certain that the food on this flight caused food poisoning.

Overall, it its good , needs to improve the food quality and more variety of food

Flight was good but it started half an hour late

Food was 👍 great , seats are a bit narrow, crew is helpful..

The flight was canceled two times and didn’t tell me on time I was waiting all day long for my flight but at the end it was worst.

Flight was good and on time. Check in long time could have been avoided by having more counters at the airport
