IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Turkish Airlines inflight crew was very good, however the ground crew was not very helpful. I had booked a wheelchair for my mother from Islamabad and she received the service there, but then there was no chair on arrival at Istanbul. The wheelchair crew said that they declined to take any person without a reservation and declined to help with the arrangement of a reservation. I had to use the airport buggy system to transport my mother who has limited mobility and needs a wheelchair. It was very disappointing and I hope they can provide manual wheelchair access to the public by a need basis, as sometimes there is a mix up or technical fault in the completion of the process, as it was in our case. Also, there can be an emergent need for passengers if they have illnesses like hypertension or diabetes. My mother has both hypertension and diabetes and has residual weakness after a stroke, therefore, she needs assistance. I hope that this text will be taken seriously and the administration makes the necessary changes. Thanks.
Turkish Airlines was great. My new layover was over 18 hours due to inclement weather back home in Washington DC and the airlines provided me with a hotel room and dinner voucher during my layover
You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again
Everything about that day was great I was happy with how things went as a first time traveling with the airline thank you for all that you’ve doing by taking us there to our various destinations thanks.
It would be great if the flight attendants could inform people travelling with small children that at take off and landing the children should drink liquid or chew/swallow something so their ears don’t hurt. Also, Emirates serves the food to the children first. Really good idea. Best of all would be to put all children in the same area.

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.
