Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Aer lingus were great to fly with but I got some very confusing calls from chatdeal that I booked with at midnight, 5 hours before I had to be up for my flight telling me I had to “uncheck in” to fix an issue on their end. It wasn’t an option and after an hour of trying I gave up as I had my boarding card already. Boarded the plane just fine. So I don’t know why they gave me an hour of stress just before my flight… I’ll book directly through aer lingua next time

It was the connecting flight was overbooked from Dublin to Boston, and because it was they decided to pull us continuing on to Boston out of line and left us stranded in Berlin. They initially gave us the excuse it was cancelled but in fact it took off fine. We 10 people had to then wait 2+ hours in line trying to find alternative flights to get home. The 1 person behind the desk was slow and didn't actually complete the paper work properly. She had attempted to book me on a passage on British Airways but didn't do the paperwork correctly. I reported to the British Airways desk and found that she hadn't in fact done anything. It was to the British Airways person who actually got me home properly and safely. I would not recommend them any more to anyone. They didn't reimburse me, they didn't even attempt to tell me the truth, they didn't even do their job correctly. I recommend to others to fly a different airline."

I can't say enough about how wonderful that flight was..Aer Lingus was a big disappointment and a poor substitute for BA. Very unsatisfied customer!"

On top of that they forgot to add the tags for Rome on our luggage so they got stuck in a connecting flight in Chicago. When we asked the supervisor to tell the people in luggage claim to forward our luggage to Rome when we were in Chicago (because of course the connecting flight only gave us 40 minutes to get to our flight to Rome so we didn't have enoughtrime to check our bags a second time), he said no. What would it have killed the guy to make a simple phone call? The alternative was to wait a day or two to see if maybe we could catch another flight to Rome with our luggage. I've never made a complaint before and I've never really made review because I don't it really accomplishes anything and I'm sure the idiots at American Airlines will never see or care about this, but I was extremely disappointed. They didn't get any empathy from your employees not even an im sorry, and I get that this job is hard but I have the same job too and I suck it up and still try to empathize with my customers. Oh well... it is what it is. The Airlines can do whatever they want."

The Aer Lingus support number just rang and rang, no one picked up for days! My daughter tried the main Aer Lingus connection but they referred us back to the same phone number. I finally had to drive back to the airport to talk to a human....a 5 hr round trip. No laptop turned in and it didn't turn back up in London. So clearly, cleaning crew stole it. That in its own right is a problem but NO ONE returning my calls. Completely unacceptable. I got the duty manager's email and emailed him TWICE over TWO days before he returned my email. I highly doubt I will fly BA again, I'm afraid."

Cons: "We missed our connection flight, to make things worst, we had to wait 3 1/2 hours standing in line just to speak a British airways staff because many of the desks were empty and half the desks were catering to first class and business class passengers"
Cons: "BA lost one of our baggage. And it is been a week and we still haven't gotten our bag. We had some unique and good things in that bag."
Cons: "3 hours standing in British airways and Iberian airways ticket and checking counters to get alternative flights. They could not do the "entire change" and required that we wIt in line after line. Will be a full 24 hours until the entire trip is complete. Would have been nice to at least sit in the empty first class seats on the transatlantic flight with my party as a bit of customer service. Wondering how many hours other had to wait for alternative flights because they did not use the first class seats as an alternative."

Pros: "Good overall. Such a quick flight there's not a lot to experience."
Cons: "Nothing negative, we didn't have entertainment or food service, so can't comment."
