Cons: "The plane was late, boarding process very slow, Lon wait to disembark"
Cons: "The area we were put in prior to boarding was just a continuous weaving queue and was quite crowded and stuffy"
Cons: "It was freezing we asked 3 times to have air con adjusted ...plus other passengers ask too . Nothing was done . Stag and hen people on flight... shouldn’t be served alcohol on flight if they seemed drunk already. People wouldn't sit down even with seat belt signs on..."
Cons: "Boarding took long time took ages for a coffee . Stag and hen parties very loud and rowdy"
Pros: "Short flight so not much to expect"
Cons: "We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up"
Cons: "Check in and lagged bag"
Cons: "Dirty bathrooms and delays"
Cons: "Problems with the boarding pass. Personnel rude and totally not helpful."
Pros: "There was no food. There was no entertainment except the crew who were entertaining each other. The reason it gets two stars is it got us to our destination without going down in flames."
Pros: "Service good"
Cons: "LEG ROOM TIGHT"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."
Pros: "The pilot and safety tannoy is not loud enough"
Pros: "The price is generally good"
Cons: "Ryanair broke my bag and damaged my other bag"
Cons: "Evidently you have to check in online on your phone 2hrs before departure or else you will be charged 60 EURO to check in at kiosk. They do not tell you this on receipt email. Airport wifi did not work so i had to pay 60 EURO. It was more than the actual ticket. DO NOT USE RYANAIR"
Pros: "Enjoyed the lasagna that I ordered, surprisingly good!"
Cons: "Under the circumstances, the staff coped well with certain difficult passengers. Noisy passengers are my pet hate especially when the safety drill is being read out."
Pros: "Fast flight nice staff"
Cons: "Seats are small"
Cons: "Being delayed an lied too"
Pros: "Cheap and convenient"
Cons: "A lot of hassle to get a “cheaper” price which gets more expensive for every single thing you get charged for. Also, the long lines to board and the stress of finding overhead space for your baggage is not great."
Cons: "there is no line up or organization to people getting on and off, everyone rushes to be first."
Pros: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. Pleasant staff, no fuss. Just what you want from a flight."
Pros: "They charged me 50 euro for my carry on, after that I was flying with the same small bag 3 times in Ryanair."
Cons: "I want my money back because they didn't charge me before when I had travel on Ryanair, just I Italy. And they said that if I dindt pay they close the gate for me, and after I said that I am gonna paid, they laugh with the other girl, and say "she has money and she said not""
Pros: "Value for money, this was good."
Cons: "The airline hs low fares but since I did not check in online, I had to pay 50 Euroes for in airport checking. Total rip off. The ticket itself was 50 Euroes."
Pros: "Everything was very good"
Pros: "Great staff, very helpful and quick with boarding, quick journey"
Pros: "I liked that fact that we board from the front and back of the plane. great staff and smooth flight"
Cons: "the checked bags is a little expensive. 30 British pounds for one bag up to 20 kgs is a bit much. I would dare to say that hinders travelers that are planning on visiting Ireland as well as Great Britain. In Great Britain you can travel by train for less money and free bags, plus a lot less security and delays."
Pros: "We were not called"
Cons: "We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation."
Pros: "Didn't enjoy seat won't recline at all"
Cons: "Food sel sucks. Paying for drink is lame"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Tight seating"
Cons: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."
Cons: "Late. No explanation. Left standing on runway also in the heat."
Pros: "The crew was nice. The flight was safe. Boarding was efficient."
Cons: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."
Pros: "The flight arrived on time and the plane was clean. When flights are this cheap I think it's naïve to expect anything more."
Cons: "Most of the bad things about Ryanair are consequences of their no-frills setup. People who fly with them have made the choice that low price is more important than luxury. The miserable bits about flying with Ryanair are: - The terminals/gates are frequently sheds (Grenoble, Bergerac), or in bigger airports the most distant and least well appointed (Liverpool). - Very little consideration is given to customer service (such as announcements for delayed flights). - The planes are as basic as can be, as is the service. - The scratch cards, food, drink, and all the "extras" you'd get as standard on other airlines such as included baggage, seat choice etc are all ways to boost profits given the low fares. - "They always leave late" - my theory is that the flight times are exaggerated so that they arrive on time at the expense of departure times, i.e. extra time is built in to the departure time to make up for cleaning / other gate delays. In short, flying with Ryanair vs KLM, BA, Virgin or Lufthansa is like taking a long distance Megabus instead of booking a seat on the train. It's cheaper. It's cheaper because it's a bit rubbish and a bit inconvenient. If you want a flight that's nicer, pay for it. Stop moaning about Ryanair."
Cons: "I booked via kayak. Wasn't told I had to check in more than two hours in advance or pay a 45 euro per person fine. And we were only seven minutes late. Last time I fly Ryan Air, and possibly last time I use kayak."
Pros: "Nothing ❗"
Cons: "Impossible to get a hold of I tried email Webb and telephone in each case I had to wait long time and most the time it would disconnect I was never able to talk to a human being I had other business that I had to attend to where I am and had to cancel my trip to Brussels I will try never to fly Ryanair again there reputation precedes them. Every other airline allows you to change within 24 hours, In the over Million miles I've travel. Please help!! Thank You, Robert"
Cons: "Rude personnel. Charge additional for printing my boarding pass and for my luggage, more than the price of the flight"
Pros: "I didn't like anything."
Cons: "I had booked a flight from Rome to Seville in either August or September 2016 for November 10th. I paid for the flights then. Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."
Pros: "It was on time and comfortable"
Pros: "It was a steady flight"
Cons: "4 hour delay"
Pros: "It was on time and check in at airport was fine. The online part was the nightmare!"
Cons: "Check in online was a nightmare. I spent close to an hour on their 'Chat feature' because their website would not accept our ID documents, LEGAL USA PASSPORTS!!!!!! 'Chat rep' finally asked what browser I was using. Google Chrome! It's pretty common. She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Poor food selection for 3 HOUR flight"
Cons: "More leg room would have been great, Also, the seats could not recline."
Pros: "Quick flight crew helpful"
Cons: "It was delayed"
Cons: "Worst experience. Never fly with Ryan air"
