Left my baggage behind on my arrival had to wait 3 days to claim my luggage

Delay, no announcements, no support to fast track transfer in Casablanca, made the connection despite all but my bag didn’t make it.

The flight attendants were very nice, friendly and went above and beyond in making our journey pleasant.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not

Horrible. Flight was overbooked and I was put on a flight to Miami without a leg to my final destination. And Kayak is not helping resolve the problem

Intersting crew: only men with a bit of roughness. The food was not bad, but there´s no alcohol option

Wait time was very long during boarding. We had to wait a while in the bus which was under the sun.

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Adequate. Served our purpose of getting there safely. Nothing to rave about. Decent value for the amount paid
