£294 Find Cheap Flights from London Gatwick Airport to São Pedro

Didn't make announcements during boarding, flight attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for water. Too many hours between flights. Confusing check in at the Lisbon airport.

The chicken was so dry it was impossible to eat. No substitute was offered. The port to charge my phone was broken and all I got was a shrug from the crew. The entertainment system was glitchy and subtitles didn’t load. Crew seemed fully uninterested and unfriendly.

It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

The crew was great. There was a big guy sitting next to me who was hanging over my side of the armrest the entire time. Maybe some information about "Be considerate of your neighbors, this is tight space, be kind". The breakfast sandwich was not appealing at all.

They allowed me to book the flight, which took quite an effort to find the best option for us, and then 2 months later, cancelled it because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time to get between connections. Why let me book the flight in the first place? I am somewhat disappointed in Kayak and will be choosing other options in the future

this flight was awful from pre-boarding to on the plane. There needs to be more coordination between TAP and My Way. We were in first class and I am handicapped. BY the time we got on the plane there was no place for our baggage and the crew did not handle the situation well. They gave us an argument and said that we'd have to have it checked. Then, after I complained they moved some people's bags to put our small carry ons several seats back of our seats which were in Row 4.

Negative. Food was awful, seat broken, flight was late, baggage lost and damaged

I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.

Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.

Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.
