This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!

Milan airport was bad experience. They should be more polite.

I liked everything: the service, the food, the cleanness. I flew last year with Qatar Airways, so I can compare. Emirates did much better! Especially their meals and service.

The main issue was that the flight from trivandrum to Dubai was delayed which resulted in arriving late in Dubai. Coincidentally the flight leaving out of Dubai to jfk was also delayed for different reason. Despite we reached the gate ( through wheel chair assistance) along with 10 other passengers we were not let in. The gate was open and yet was refrained from entering. We were then requested to flight the next morning. Meal vouchers were provided but the hotel reservations were not made and took a lot longer to receive that. If Emirates knew about the delay and was certain the passengers will not be able to board the next flight shouldn't they have prepared these ahead of time?

Premium economy was worth it-comfort was definitely better than economy class. The seats were more comfortable, blankets and pillows thicker

The journey was nice, all the crews were very good and services are excellent

Great flight - Clubhouse met our needs, and the staff provided good service. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but given the size of the aircraft, it's always going to be challenging. Whilst the crew were friendly, the number of passengers meant that we received our breakfast items, but had finished breakfast before we were served a drink. Lunch was much better organised, and throughout the flight, the crew were attentive. Found the seats and ICE to be excellent. Disembarkation was fine, and everything possible to expedite the process was being done.

Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)

We loved flying with Emirates in business class, the staff were fabulous, going above & beyond

Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Staff could have been friendlier and offered drinks more often

Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

The local Turkish Airlines staff in Helsinki isn’t not aware of immigration laws of Singapore and wanted to refuse even our first boarding and threatened us with deportation on our own from Singapore. We had the next connection to Istanbul and then Singapore. The airline’s online check in system is requesting the visa to download and doesn’t have any option for 96 hrs VFTF passengers. So in general we made the complaint to the airline, as the boarding experience was awful due to unprofessional staff that doesn’t check or want to check the exceptions in the global system.

Good overall. Seat spacing a bit tight between IST and ISB.

They have adopted a crazy "no paper boarding passes at all cost policy". We spent half an our at the checkin stall – my elderly mother and her grandchildren were flying. She had no phone reception for some reason (besides being an inexperienced smartphone user), the kids had dumbphones, And they still won't issue a paper boarding pass. We had to do a lengthy dance with getting the boarding pass SMS on my phone and transferring them to her phone via WiFi. This was horrible, honestly. I can't imagine how they could manage it without me being there. Trees (and airline profits) should be less important than people.

It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.

You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again

It was a good experience - too many times checking at the airport - every time had to remove shoes , belt , laptop etc. that was a bit of exaggerated. The seat had a sharp metal plate -- which torn into my jeans.

The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.

The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. Our first flight was delayed and when we got off that plane, nobody was really helping to direct us to the next gate. It was very frustrating. One staff simply said hurry, which wasn’t helpful. We had to go a long way to get to the next gate. Another issue on the plane itself was the bathrooms were disgusting and filthy and it didn’t seem like anybody was checking on them were cleaning them and it was a long flight. There was urine on the floor and they stunk. Also, the screen in front of my seat did not work, and I tried different headphones and still had no sound. You would think somehow those things are reviewed occasionally for working order.

The food was terrible and the seating was uncomfortable, but the airline did a great thing letting us board in Abbis Ababa on our connecting flight after our original flight was very delayed.

Traveling with Ethiopian is always a good experience. I also enjoy the stay at skylight hotel in Addis

Uganda Airlines notified me less than 24 hours before departure that my early evening flight from JRO to EBB had been moved five hours later into the middle of the night. That was an unacceptable change, putting me in the position of having to find a last minute flight on another carrier, at a high price, to get me where I needed to go. They did not offer refunds, did not offer rebooking options. When I contacted them to cancel my flight and refund, they told me I had to do that through kayak. The phone number listed for customer service was incorrect. There was no way to contact or chat with an actual person. Even online they would not allow me to cancel the flight, only modify it to another time. Their customer care was completely worthless. I would urge you to never fly them, and I will never fly them again. Kayak was also unhelpful. They said I had to deal with the airline for refunds. So neither kayak nor Uganda Airlines have been helpful to me. I have lost the money paid for the original fare. I had to rebook on my own to get an acceptable timetable. I would also urge you not to book through a third-party like kayak because kayak and the airline blame each other. This was a completely awful experience.

The agent you recommended is a big scam. I missed my flight. It’s either you are colluding with your agents to sabotage clients or something is terribly wrong. In overall would give zero ratings.

I like that they provided food during the long layover in Entebbe, other than that, they delayed, they changed the time twice, the flight from Entebbe to Burundi was very uncomfortable, my neck and back were killing me, it felt worse than travelling by road. They should improve on the layover hours, and make the flights sit comfortably.

Probably the worst airline I have flown in recent years. From check in to the on board experience, everything was terrible
