Seats were very tight with poor legroom - and I am average height. During the 12 hour flight, tiny paper cups of drinks we're only offered during the super and breakfast services, with the crew nowhere to be seen in between. One of the bathrooms was out of order, leading to long lines waiting to use the remaining two available to the economy class passengers.
This was my third time using Turkish Airlines. I was well satisfied with the overall experience! I believe that no one is perfect and that everyday we are trying to do the best we can to help others by giving a part of our lives through service. I believe from what I’ve seen that Turkish Airlines, have come close to that service! I will definitely recommend and reuse their services again! Thank you!
Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right
They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.
Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
They have adopted a crazy "no paper boarding passes at all cost policy". We spent half an our at the checkin stall – my elderly mother and her grandchildren were flying. She had no phone reception for some reason (besides being an inexperienced smartphone user), the kids had dumbphones, And they still won't issue a paper boarding pass. We had to do a lengthy dance with getting the boarding pass SMS on my phone and transferring them to her phone via WiFi. This was horrible, honestly. I can't imagine how they could manage it without me being there. Trees (and airline profits) should be less important than people.
Crew were unfriendly, touch screen for movies didn't work very well, seats were tight and uncomfortable
First of all the luggage was not included when I booked it said it was included. And finally flight seat was broken and poor quality plane.
The passengers in business class were completely uncivilized and loud. Didn’t allow most people to relax and enjoy the flight. There must be a rule to keep people in check or they can loose their seats to economy.

Ok but not great. Boarding started significantly later without clear announcements about the delay etc. Onboard entertainment is outdated (old titles)
It was a good flight. But since this is long flight would be good to have a bit more entertainment on board, like, more movies, WiFi on board. I've enjoyed this flight in general.

One of the worst airlines I have used. My recent flight was delayed taking off, but what was worse is that they allowed us through the gate, got on the bus to the plane to be told in that the plane would not make a the direct flight to London due to fuel shortage and it had to make a stop in another location to pick up fuel. Absolutely shocking!! Can't work out of the A320neo was just short range on that they literally did not have enough fuel at the airport to fuel the plane. Tashkent to London is not a long haul, I have done this before, so therefore I am going to assume it's the lack of fuel at the airport. Not the best staff, they all seem to just go with the flow, no organisation. No control, like herding sheep in a pen at the gate, same when getting off the plane. No control. Food was ok but staff were rude. Better to travel in and out of Tashkent using Turkish airline. I have booked my return flight but will cancel and accept the hit and 1 stop to ensure peace of mind with Turkish airline.
