£413 Find Cheap Flights from London Heathrow Airport to São Pedro

Seats were the most uncomfortable seats i ever experienced on a flight to Europe from Boston. It was a waist of money in buying premium seats for top dollars. I want my money back for what i paid extra for my seats. Awful conditions!

The flight crew were absolute rock stars. When they came to the gate they looked like royalty, so chic. They also were extremely kind. Food was good and I loved the lack of plastic waste. The flight was lovely and smooth.

It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

Delayed at the beginning and the end and almost missed our connection

Horrible experience at tbe check in ladie she was very racist ,she doesn't speak portuguese too and forced me to check in my carrion bag and I saw everyone with carrion bag inside anda lot of space ,she was rude unprofessional

They allowed me to book the flight, which took quite an effort to find the best option for us, and then 2 months later, cancelled it because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time to get between connections. Why let me book the flight in the first place? I am somewhat disappointed in Kayak and will be choosing other options in the future

It was a good experience overall. We were however delayed by over 3 hours due to a security issue with one of the passengers inadvertently leaving a power bank in a luggage she was using as carrying on but then had to be moved int check in due to spacing issues. The airline staff had requested that she checked her bags in, but should have reminded her about removing all hazardous material like her power bank. When she eventually remembered as we were on the plane, we had to turn back and go through security all over again. Hence delaying our takeoff. The incident could have been prevented if staff reminded these passengers to remove their power banks.

Late. Lack of updates. Rude hostesses. Terrible food. Lack of headphones.
