Both flights were delayed. We sat on the tarmac on Boise for 3 hours with little updates

4 out of 4 flights cancelled or delayed. 5th trip with similar experience

Flight had mechanical delay, but otherwise it was good considering it was a full plane. Did not have food or entertainment. Staff were great.

It was a great flight. The flight crew was very helpful and professional.

I was happy with the flight. It was too short for food and beverage service. (no problem) We left SLO on time and arrived in San Diego on schedule.

It was fine. Staff seemed tired, not very friendly. No screens for entertainment. Never could get free messaging to work.

Bad. The fight was late and they gave a ridiculous $12 stipend. Better give something or nothing. $12 is ridiculous.
