I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

They didn’t have enough meals for a few last row passengers.
No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight
even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe
Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat
