  • When travelling from London to Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport (NSI), you'll have a choice of six departing airports. If you are close to the city centre, fly from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) or London City Airport (LCY). Generally, leaving from the city centre means slightly more expensive tickets.
  • Flying from Gatwick Airport (LGW) will be best for those based in the south of London. Tickets from London Gatwick to Nsimalen are often cost effective, and the flights include one or two layovers. Services are provided by Air France, Turkish Airlines and KLM; there are no direct flights leaving Gatwick Airport.
  • If you are travelling from the north of London, Luton (LTN) will be your closest airport. There are fewer flights from London Luton Airport daily, and they generally include two layovers. Your stops happen at Birmingham (BHX) and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). The main service provider of flights on this route from London Luton is KLM.
  • Travelling from Stansted Airport (STN) means you'll have fewer departing flights than the city centre airports. The flights from London Stansted usually include two layovers, which take place at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS). Take note that flights from London Stansted to Nsimalen include a train link operated by AccesRail. The train trip adds about 1h to your total travel time.
  • Once you arrive at Yaounde Nsimalen Airport, you'll have two choices for transport to get to the city centre. The first is by collecting your pre-booked car hire from the airport and making the roughly 20min journey to town. At the boarding gate, passengers were offered the option of checking in their carry-on luggage, as the plane was full. However, they failed to specify that they would not be dropping it off at the exit. Instead, everyone had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport carousel, and to everyone's surprise, not even the carry-on luggage, but the checked luggage, was the first to arrive. An hour later, we finally collected our bags. Lesson learned: I will never check my carry-on luggage with Swiss Air / Helvetic Airways again.

Zürich to Boston was great. Nice to Zurich was not bad

I can’t even the whole trip was a catastrophe

I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.

The seats were so close together, when the man in front of me put his seat back, the screen in front of me was 9 inches from my face. There is no way to lean forward if I needed to pick something up. It was pretty uncomfortable for a ten hour flight. I was very surprised.

The flight was generally good but was delayed departure meant a very late arrival for a connecting flight.

Delayed 30 mins Forced to check in my carry on luggage

PLEASE DONT TAKE FORCEFULLY(SIZE APPROPRIATE) CARRY ONS FROM PASSENGERS WHO FOR SOME REASON NEED TO KEEP IT

-Swiss airlines online check in app crashed multiple times -Zurich airport does not have very many bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities - closest disability accessible bathroom to departure gate was 1/4 mile away.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business

Small seat space for 13 hours flight, they charged for baggage , very bad quality of food,

With a 4 hour delay its was a very basic flight which was just bearable. We were offered food vouchers for the delay and then they didnt work, so that was annoying. Also poor communication about the delay which got pushed out 3 times.

I hate to have pay for my first luggage 165$ when I did my search on Kayak with 2 luggages .I don't plan to use kayak in the future and go with Turkish airlines directly

Very good overall.... apart from the cost of extra check ed in luggage where they charge £17 per kg, and no option to just buy an extra bag allowance (at least on the route I took)

Very punctual, the onboard staff was friendly and correct, the flight was fortunately very calm, the toilets were clean, in short, an excellent experience Thanks

The in flight entertainment was very good but unfortunately I feel they could have been more attentive to the customer. This is saw on all my Turkish airlines flights , besides dinner service you never really saw the attendants.

While we were picking up passengers in São Paulo, on our way from Buenos Aires to Istanbul, it was impossible to use the bathrooms for 90 minutes. The crew was largely inattentive with one or two exceptions. They should distribute more water for a flight that long. When I signal that I wanted to have a second glass of wine, my prayers were left unanswered…

Unbelievable food and service! Chefs are amazing onboard. WiFi spotty

Boarding was chaotic. Cabin noisy. Temperature a bit cool. Bathrooms not cleaned enough.

The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.

Too cramped up for the better seats I paid for.

I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.

Suitcase didn’t arrive to Stockholm. Chairs y comfy and not even water is offered

Bad baggage and people management at boarding forcing me to dispatch my bad despite being the perfect size and respecting everything perfectly, whereas many did not and many free empty spots on the plane as usual… making me loose time and my planned bus at arrival to go to Geneva. Costing me 100 euros extra! So Brussels airlines needs to refund me

I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.

All great. Very efficient. Good emails that kept us in the know

Original flight was canceled, booked another one and find out when checking I was on the waiting list. Horrible experience

Actually this is my first time using airline I was in every single thing that happened throughout our journey, the appearance of the plane inside furnished about the seating the flight attendants and many many more I was so excited throughout thank you Brussels Airlines for the great service.

On board service was decent. I like the legroom at UA that seems to be more than in other airlines

It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.

The Boeing 737 MAX on this route, flown in the middle of the night, is an UTTER FAILURE for business travellers. The whole point of business travel is to arrive alert and recover from travel quickly, and this little aeroplane with its quarter recline uncomfortable business seats does nothing for that. It’s a small step up from economy in that you have decent legroom, but that’s it. Absolute margin at the cost of the traveller.

The food was terrible and the seating was uncomfortable, but the airline did a great thing letting us board in Abbis Ababa on our connecting flight after our original flight was very delayed.

It was an old aircraft, stiff seats almost wooden chairs with thin cushions. Food was ok.

Traveling with Ethiopian is always a good experience. I also enjoy the stay at skylight hotel in Addis

Were not told that carryon laggage has to be only 12 kgs but my bag was heavier asked to pay an additional $550.00. I could have upgraded to a bussiness class for that price and no one at the gate to upgrade but able to take money for the extra weight. I felt like this was a setup scam.

Lost suite case and pillow that’s used by senior and they didn’t leave it at the airport

I had a comfortable seat that makes my trip wonderful. I appreciate the Ethiopia crew, they were very helpful

The hygiene was super bad. Smells bad and air refreshment is highly advisable. The crew made some one else sit in my spot and no one is checking seat number and people are jumping to sit on other people’s allocated seat.

worst was delayed luggage. could see luggage was still in Singapore but they insist I wait till all luggage are unloaded before filing a report. took 2 days to arrive and I had to collect it myself from the airport

United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines

Intersting crew: only men with a bit of roughness. The food was not bad, but there´s no alcohol option

The food was disappointing, and the airplane appeared old, with torn seats. Royal Air Maroc could definitely do better.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Boarding was chaotic and poorly managed—we were left standing in the heat for 30–45 minutes with no explanation or apology. As a business class passenger, I was shocked when a staff member rudely refused to let me board after I questioned why I had to check in my carry-on, which contained valuables. Despite explaining my concerns, he remained unreasonably inflexible. Thankfully, the captain intervened and retrieved my bag personally. This same staff member was also loud and disrespectful to several other passengers. Completely unacceptable service.

Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. It appeared that the right side received a different level of service to the left when there were only 8 people. Worst flight I have ever had. A great way to ruin an outstanding two week with this return flight

Flights were okay. Not bad, not good. On time and efficient. Planes are a bit old and run down, even the 787... Casablanca airport, HORRIBLE. no air conditioning, no power outlets, no clear signs to anywhere, old, unfriendly, no restaurants to speak of. Casablanca lounge, HORRIFIC No seats available most of the time, no power outlets working, no food, only water is offered, 1 shower available, unfriendly and inneficient people, no air conditioning, flies and bugs everywhere, extremely old seats and unconfortable. Although with some cleaning crew present, toilettes are .... not too clean.

3 hour delay, very rude flight attendant the food was horrible.

Wait time was very long during boarding. We had to wait a while in the bus which was under the sun.

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

1. Boarding - Chaotic, no announcements. 2. Gate Agents - Don't care about anything. 3. Inflight - FA are good and cordial. 4. Landing - Everybody is in a rush to get out because of the crowding at immigration.

This is the worst seat that I ever sat on. The length and width are great but Super uncomfortable. We felt like sitting on marble.
