Cons: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."
Cons: "Terrible experience with easy jet, for the second time the broke my bag, the attendant just before boarding to the plane she charged me ( in a very rude way) 50€ just because she thought my cabin bag is bigger than standard!! Who will redeem me for my 300€ broken bag. I will try never to fly easy jet unless it is the only available option."
Cons: "I tried to explain to the Kiwi associates 10 hours before departure that San Marco in Venice was flooded and that there was no way to get out of the hotel and to the airport. I tried to change my flight and was told that nothing could be done but that I would get a call in 2 -4 hours with a solution but did not. I missed the flight and fear that I will miss my connection. Stuck."
Cons: "They charge you for a carry on and Budapest AirPort everything is very complicate so you can not pay for the suitcase when you check in you have to go to other office and then come back were you started. At the plane they don’t give you nothing no water, nothing. They are no kind."
Pros: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Cons: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Cons: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

Cons: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."
Cons: "Most of the TVs did not work on the flight. They had to hand out iPads. Security in Orly was very rude and made us check luggage that was fine as a carry-on to France."
Pros: "I liked the customer service I got on the plane and take off was smooth. Also the engines were not as loud as I was expecting. The spacing for seating as ok but being that I was in economy, I couldn't expect much more."
Pros: "Personnel was nice and accommodating. Flight right on time and even early arrival."
Cons: "The plane must have been old for the seats didn't hold well and every move from neighbour ahead or in back made things shakier, lots of TV screens didn't work either - so iPads were provided. The food was not appetising at all."
Cons: "Went through and booked the flight that was billed as American Airlines on Kayak, but the first leg turned out to be British Airways. I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."

Cons: "The flight attendants are very short. The aircraft is extremely old and outdated. The seats are shabby rusty dusty and belong in a museum. The tv system did not work for 3/4 of the flight. No headsets available. Barely any leg room."

Cons: "So my flight started with a 4 hour delay. Normally I wouldn’t mind because I want my plane to be safe in the air, but they WOULDN’T EVEN LET US OFF THE PLANE. We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."

Cons: "The plane was far too small for a 8-hour, trans-Atlantic flight. I understand that companies are reducing space to cram more people (read: "money") onto flights, but most of the planes I fly on for a 1 hour flight from STL to ORD are bigger than this plane used for an 8 hour ORY to EWR flight. Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."
