We did not expect this. Although we did not take advantage of all the extras business class has to offer we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was superb. Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

Pros: "Not much. I think anything we liked was about the airport staff, not the easy jet staff. The customer service lady was efficient, but not helpful and kind of rude and all she kept saying was “well everyone else made it”. The plane was also not full (I believe she said 60 people, maybe 58 not including us)."
Cons: "The plane was departing at 8:25 and boarding at 7:55 according to the ticket. At 7:57 there was no gate announced for the flight yet, so we went to the bathroom, came out and saw our gate and headed there. We got the gate wrong, but were only about 5 mins out of the way, so me and my 70 year old grandmother ran through the terminals and we got to the correct gate at 8:16 (less than 20 minutes from the time the gate was announced) and they would not let us on. Easy Jet’s policy (which we have a picture of) is that the gate closes 30 minutes before departure, but we did not even have a gate until less than 20 minutes from the departure. We did not hear them announce our names or last call (until the minute before we got there, and it did not seem like if they would have let us on if we were one minute earlier either). After this whole ordeal and being at the airport on time and through security in time, we went to talk to the check-in person to see what we should do. We stood in line and did not get called up (3 people did not have customers but were not calling me up), so I asked and one girl reluctantly said I could see her. As I was telling her what happened, she got a phone call, answered it in the middle of my explanation, and then chatted for a few minutes with another coworker about who was working and who was going on lunch when. After she hung up, she looked annoyed at me, and I told her again what happened, and she said she could help and to go to customer service. At customer service, we asked to see if we could get on the next flight which wasn’t leaving for over 7.5 hours, which they said we could but would have to purchase our tickets and luggage all over again. The person working was mostly professional, fairly efficient, but pretty callous overall. On top of all this, when they pulled our luggage off the flight (somehow they can board a flight of 60 ish people and still have time to remove our luggage), they pulled one of the wrong suitcases off so we had to go collect our luggage at or destination, and someone else went luggage-less. Ultimately, my grandmother’s first European trip and this was the worst experience we’ve had so far, but after $200, 6 hours, and tears from both of us, we made it to our destination and will never fly Easy Jet again."

Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."

No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Cons: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

Cons: "I hate traveling with this airline I couldnt sleep or rest During jurny the sttaff we were disturbing , there attention was how to purchase there meal and do there busines with out thinking about the thime and the passangers condation The tiolet was in abad condation and i couldnt use it"
Cons: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Cons: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Cons: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Pros: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."

Cons: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Pros: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Pros: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

Pros: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."

Cons: "Wasn't informed of any delays. Every flight was delayed or rescheduled! Nobody was informed of anything that was happening. I will never fly again with Pegasus"

Cons: "Pegasus airline did not inform us any delay until we asked. They should make delay information to passengers. Other one is when taxi aircraft to runway, make some strange noise come from celing. Alike cable is rubbing something. Crew should report to mechanic."
Cons: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."

Cons: "Totally useless. Dirty plane, lousy service. Was ready to pay for refreshments as I had to take this low cost airline for time reasons. When trying to pay with a credit card the stewardess was telling me it was a debit card (as if I didn't know what my cards are) - after a while it appeared she mixed online and offline cards for credit and debit cards, yet she was increasingly arrogant while trying to convince me my card is a debit one. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."
