  • What’s the best way to get to Madrid-Barajas International Airport (MAD)?

Barajas airport is well-connected. The Metro (subway) is very popular and user-friendly. It runs about 6-7€ ($7-8) one-way. The train may be another option, but it only runs to certain places. • Do I have to speak French to get around the airport?

Never fear, everything that is important, such as how to get through customs or where to find baggage claim, will be in English and French. You’ll notice a lot of signs that utilize symbols and no language at all, and the Metro lines are all color-coded so it’s nearly impossible to get lost.

Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!

I love Air France. This was another great experience despite a slight delay in the departure. The time was made up on flight. I would take AirFrance again when traveling to the far East. Merci beaucoup.

Everything is good except the seats are tightened no rooms for the legs,

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.

Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.

It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.

The plane was new. The crew is very supportive and speaks various languages (at least English, French, Italian and Spanish). It was a great experience taking into account is a low cost airline.

Have to offer water. Leg room and space is non existent

The seat was surprisingly comfortable and the crew was great.

Les espacement entre les sièges sont moins confortables pour les personnes de grande taille

Being on time rather than almost 3 hours late would be a start, and also, since it was known from a long time ago that the flight would be late, letting us know ahead so we don’t stay in a small hall at the airport would have been nice

Être avertie SMS/mail du retard/changements d'horaire avant les 5min du décollage initial..

There was a delay of more than an hour due to technical issues on a previous flight, can happen so I don't foult the airline for that. The crew was excellent and very friendly and boarding was pretty efficient. The seats were comfortable enough. However, if you are over 1,80m, don't expect any room for your legs, the room between the rows is extremely tight!

As there are a lot of persons for the boarding and as you open the two doors of the plane, could be ingenious to ask the persons who have the first numbers (for the seats) to enter via the front door and those you are more at the end of the plane to enter by the other door. This would avoid to have passengers who entes by the front door and have to go to the back with luggages. Crazy and waste of time.

Your nasty smart , The seat too tight You have to pay for everything 5h20 min Flight with no food no water nothing .I didnt take my Medicine Because I don't have no water The worst trip that I have in my life.1st time flying with Transavia its going to be the last time . I am so disappointed

La personne en charge de l’enregistrement était très impolie pas professionnelle vous devriez la renvoyer car c’est une très mauvaise image de marque pour votre société

All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.

The flight from Madrid to Boston was awful. Without prior warning, I was seated in the row in front of an exit row where my seat did not recline. The person in front of me reclined, reducing my already tiny space further. This was the WORST flight I've ever had.

Overall it was okay. Just the lost baggage and how they are handling it

Puddle-hopper. Quick-ish flight. Don’t expect to have much/any in-flight entertainment (movies/TV, etc).

Worst flight I ever experienced, what was supposed to a 7 hour flight ended being 13 hours on a plane with no ac and the worst cabin I have ever seen. Never again.

Horrible seat at the back. Crew was very kind. Packed plane. Wordy pilot bragging about Iberia being punctual when many of us came from Alicante flight that was delayed an hour and many lost connection and we lost our luggage. Still waiting for it

Excellent plane, 787. Very good seat and additional stuff they provide. Good food. Very good staff.

Couldn’t keep my luggage and had no choice. Ground staff didn’t even bother to explain why.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines
