Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.
I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

we had to unexpectedly check a bag, the flight was late getting in
Pros: "The crew are doing amazing job and making sure we all stay safe."
Cons: "What could have been better is us; the travelers/passengers. We need to follow every protocol and or precess or procedure put in place by our government and the airlines. United Airline is doing great job keeping us safe while we travel."
Pros: "thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)"
Cons: "there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"

Cons: "Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle."
