The two transatlantic flights we took on Scandinavian, between Los Angeles, and Copenhagen, were significantly less enjoyable than other SAS flights we have taken, particularly within Europe. The flight attendants seemed overworked. There should have been more attendants servicing the plane. The food was particularly disappointing. Lettuce on the salad was frozen. A snack of a tikka masala pita was less than tasty. The flights did leave and arrive on time.

Love thiscsirlibe. So civilized and kind. Good food. Good treatment. On time. Excellent communication.

Online check in of SAS is very poor. Even the kiosks at London had system problems. Either it would print boarding tickets or luggage tags. Many other customers had problems . SAS staff was good and helped.

Very difficult to clearly hear the dialogue on videos due to airplane engine sound. Flying to Copenhagen audio was very clear. Food was excellent. Returning flight--Lunch and breakfast food was the worst I've experienced. Audio was terrible. Why the difference?

When we arrived in Bergen and opened our suitcases, we were shocked! We checked 2 of 3 suitcases and the contents of these 2 suitcases was completely wet!!! It was raining in Oslo and Bergen, but not a hard rain. It seems that someone had gone through our suitcases. There was even sand in the suitcase such that everything had to be laundered when we got to Bergen! We had plastic bags in our suitcases and they had been opened and the interiors of the bags were wet!!! Our valuables were all in our carry-on so nothing was actually stolen. What happened here was unacceptable! There is someone working for Scandinavian Airlines who is not honest and really messed things up for us. Not so sure I would fly SAS again… Marna Skaar

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)

Flight was delayed slightly but was very smooth. It was a short flight but comfortable.

Not worth paying for business class on this airline. The seating is exactly the same as the rest of the plane. Crowded. Horrible food.

Little space and no pad provide for lie flat seats in business, Movies were limited and grouping very strange.
