Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Cons: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Cons: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Cons: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Cons: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Pros: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Cons: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Pros: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Cons: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Cons: Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy
