Cons: The crew would refuse to allow me to sit in an exit row seat. There was NO ONE sitting in any of the exit row seats behind me. They said I had to pay for the seat. One said $40 and another said $50. The plane departed and most of the exit rows were not taken. JetBlue still refused to allow me to sit in one. I am 6’4” and have a bad knee. Very upset and will not fly again with JetBlue.
Pros: Loved the snacks, the space in economy was adequate and the crew was friendly
Cons: I would have liked to have some options of free movies, could have been older movies but still some movies. It was early in the morning and there was nothing good on tv and I didn't really want to pay 5$ for one of the featured films
Pros: Flight was great. Landed safely
Cons: There wasn't anything that I didn't like
Pros: Crew were fantastic
Cons: Everyone boarded on time and were seated ready for takeoff and we sat at the gate for another 30 minutes before taxiing to the runway. When I got on the plane, it was freezing. It was the coldest flight I had ever been on, and I was told I would have to pay $5 for a blanket. I had come off of a flight from Europe, and was tired and probably not at my best, but the flight attendant was a little snarky with me because she thought I was asking for refreshments rather than to get up and get a jacket out of the overhead. She wasn't really listening to what I was saying. JFK was its usual ugly, no sense of design, loud barking people yelling out orders and a loud alarm at the gate with no one doing anything to shut it off for about 10 minutes. It left me with a headache. I wanted to go back to Portugal where comfort, aesthetics, and human decency were evident.
Pros: Didn't die.
Cons: A passenger vomited prior to take off. She went to the restroom then was taken back to her seat, where she got sick again. The Purser/Senior Atttendant did not handle well in my opinion, by allowing the clearly ill elderly woman who was disoriented and confused back to her seat and in her "freaking out" reaction (her words). After the woman vomited the second time, they had her sit in a different seat up front, spreading the possible pathogens and uncleanliness to more rows. The woman vomited a 3rd time in this new seat. The woman was FINALLY removed from the plane and her former dear mates were moved to the row up front where the woman was sick for the 3rd time. (The crew who came on to clean the "biohazard" used a dirty mop and did not appear to use any bleach solution. The Senior flight attendant said they were going to seal off the bathroom (good idea) bc the elderly woman, according to the Spirit attendants, made a big mess and it was a "biohazard". Cut to later in the flight after a 2 hour delay and then the sick woman- where Spirit attendants allowed many passengers to use this restroom -bar potentially exposing them to pathogens. The Purser was self-confessed overly dramatic about the entire situation. I can't imagine how she would have behaved in an escalated emergency situation.
Pros: Crew had good sense of humor
Cons: Flight packed Seats uncomfortable Sick passenger Was unable to sit with fellow traveler Terrible seats
Cons: My luggage was ripped open in the back and I'm still trying to get it resolved
Cons: The delay, the rude flight staff screaming "Jesus Christ"
Cons: The space between seats is too small!!
Pros: On a red eye it would be very considerate for the crew to keep personal conversaciones to a low level
Pros: Everything was pretty much as expected
Cons: I really hate how Spirit makes you pay for every little thing including carry on bags and drinks on the plane. Even water is $3
Pros: Crew was attentive and friendly
Cons: Seats that recline would’ve been appreciated.

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
