I know it’s a budget airline. However, I felt really cramped with my elbows touching the person next to me and was thankful for an aisle seat so the brushing elbows was only on one side. For context, I am 5.3 and size 10, The lady next to me was smaller than me.
30 minute delay. Not informed by Jet2 just left to stand outside terminal on a ramp waiting for the bus. Only knew of delays due to Kayak notification.
Tivat airport was really terrible, but the flight was excellent
Kayak told me in the morning that the 16.40 flight would be late! It arrived late to pick us up and arrived at Manchester 35 minutes late. We then had to wait quite a while for the luggage to come through. Missed our train because of this!
Apart from the 3 hour delay, the flight was fine. The seats could have been a little more comfortable, but the staff were great! The seats are not as functional - removing the place to put your book / tablet is a real inconvenience. The food choices could be a little more varied / healthy.
Meals could improve Very plain and poor quality. I wouldn't mind payın more for better.
Seat spacing good ( I am tall), very friendly and competent cabin crew. Good updates from flight deck. Excellent boarding and disembarcation
Waiting for 2 people to come through security that delayed the flight. Everyone else made it on time, should have left without them. Flight was cold.
Crew was nice. Plane was crowded, Seats wouldn’t lean back. No free treats or drinks (not even water).
The flight was over an hour late taking off. Air traffic control on the outward flight caused the delay. Horrendous passport queue at Malaga. Families with children must dread it. Another Brexit negative
They knew what the weather forcast was so should have put us through a tunnel we all got wet through getting on the plane so was cold all the way home also we were running around tge airport from gat to gate changed from 1 to other 45 minute walk each way people didnt know what was happening old people were ending up ill it was to much for them.
Got what we paid for. Food option. Need to carry more stock.
Usual slick event. All the basics covered well. On time, plane full.
The staff were lovely but the plane was very cold .
The flight departured two hours and a half later than the original time flight. We loose our bus and it cost us 108 £. We are not repeating

On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
Dislike standing for 30 minutes waiting to board. Coffee disgusting, hot sandwich almost inedible. Staff cheerful. Flight early.
A normal Ryanair flight = too many announcements to sale something, hard landing. Otherwise, good value for money
Easyjet staff very helpful at airport as I need assistance. Flight slightly delayed both ways but soon made up the difference.
Flight on time clean and good legroom, what more could you ask on a one hour flight
There was a delay because they had to switch planes it wasn’t explained very well nor were there updates.
Flight was cancelled. Then left virtually completely in the lurch
The workers checking passengers from the boarding gate stole money from people whose luggage was perfectly fitting inside the carry-on sizer.
Whole way through - far more professional and slick than I expected
Good news was that Bag Check was open two and a half hours before the flight, which is essential with the chaotic immigration process. Flight was okay, but sitting at the back of the aircraft, 3 overhead bins on both sides were filled with crew bags and other misc items, so we couldn't put our cabin bags anywhere near us. To add insult, twice the crew managed to drop items that they were taking out of the overhead bins onto my wife's head, who was sitting in an aisle seat.
You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.
Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase
You booked my 7 year old son to sit on his own without his mum and dad in s separate row between two unfriendly adult strangers. The plane was disgusting and dirty, aisles and everywhere sticky. The lounge waiting area was filthy carpet and had insufficient seats so we had to sit on it to wait for 35 minutes and my 7 year old sone played on this filthy lounge carpet. The outside of the plane appeared clean. The pilot was helpful with the route and what to expect weather etc.
