Cons: "great water service"

Pros: "Quick and easy service. Very friendly and polite."
Cons: "None"

Pros: "Flight crew"

Cons: "Meal on board was probably the worst I’ve ever had on any airline, including the very cheap Asian ones. Virgin has set a new low in customer service"

Pros: "Flight was great except the turbulence but that is expected"
Cons: "Hardly any legroom"

Cons: "Bag drop area was allowed to be hijacked by a school group that hadn’t checked in already."

Pros: "The coke"
Cons: "Not bloody much. I'm passed I'm not with my wife now"

Pros: "We arrived in Adelaide"
Cons: "Having to wait in a massive line for an hour to check in our bags after landing in Melbourne from a Virgin Australia international flight - there should be a special counter for guests who are transferring."

Pros: "The lounge and space on the flight"
Cons: "Bizarre that the passenger across the aisle from me had a ticket to Sydney which had been scanned twice by staff, didn't work, they couldn't work out why and let her on anyway after phonecalls from steward. She wasn't too pleased to be in Adelaide with all her luggage supposedly on the Sydney flight (last minute gate change). Security breach and error!"

Pros: "Nice staff, entertainment system quite good , wide rage of films and music."
Cons: "Range of snacks and drinks served. Only water and juice covered in the air fare."

Pros: "Great service and a free hot meal! Couldn't ask for more."

Pros: "Virgin are usually one of the most competitive, efficient and pleasant airlines to fly."
Cons: "Plane delayed for over an hour with minimal updates. We finally boarded when we ought to have been arriving. A regular ipdate would have helped managed things at the other end better."

Pros: "Everything was GREAT"

Cons: "Fud"

Cons: "I usually buy Eco X seats but this time forgot."

Pros: "The lumbar support in the Virgin seat makes all the difference, plus the info re toilets, either get up now or wait till food service stops, and the instruction to put seat in upright position for eating much appreciated. I also LOVED the unexpected brilliant in-house video of psychology. Dr Andrew Ley(?) Food was great, nothing ridiculous, hot tasty and healthy. I liked there was no over packaging that took up my tray table room. Jetstar is a torture chamber with those seats that cause your back to curl over."

Pros: "Good Service"

Pros: "Priority boarding is great"

Pros: "Crew very welcoming and helpful"
Cons: "Older seats mean less comfort for such a long flight"

Cons: "Flight cancelled with no announcement.Delayed 5 hours."

Pros: "The crew were friendly"
Cons: "The plane was freezing and no entertainment"

Pros: "Free drink and snack Courteous service Arrived on time Free registered luggage"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The entertainment"
Cons: "In finish line, that media muchine not working"

Pros: "Every thing"

Pros: "Economy is most often how I connect. Certainty felt a little more upgraded this flight"
Cons: "Efficiency, schedule retained, in flight entertainment."

Pros: "I like that the plane landed safely. The crew on the plane were nice and the food was good for airplane food. There seemed to be an abundance of entertainment options but I was working so didn't really get a chance to use them. Staff on board the plane and on board experience was great."
Cons: "The people who were working at the front desk at check in seemed to be very inconvenienced by the fact I was checking into my flight, which seems like it's supposed to be their jobs, if I'm not mistaken. I had golf clubs and was told to wait at a desk were I stood for 10 mins while a woman looked at the computer, not looking up from it in the whole time. There was another lady checking clubs too, and you would thing it was the fist time they had ever had to check golf clubs into a flight; I assume that's not true."

Pros: "Service was great, aircraft okay"
Cons: "Would have liked a charging point on such a long flight."

Pros: "- 30kg checking bag. - service"
Cons: "complementary snack is not healthy at all."

Cons: "I could not find anywhere on your website to either cancel the flight or re-schedule for after I'd recovered from a ruptured appendix operation. I won't therefore be using kayak again to book airfares."

Cons: "Food service was terrible. We were given biscuits. They charge for drinks. Give me qantus any day. Nothing to read in my chair."

Pros: "The checking-in in Perth domestic terminal was very fast. The flight was less uncomfortable than usual for the economy class."
Cons: "The lack of food options."

Pros: "Good service"
Cons: "Had to pay extra $70 because I couldnt take some spare parts as cabin luggage which should have been accepted."

Cons: "Virgin bumped my family (myself, wife, 11yo son) from flight due to a downsize in aircraft. Only notification was email at 11pm previous evening, which we didn't see. We arrived at airport to find out we were ticketed on flight leaving 10:55PM rather than 11:35AM, and new flight routed through Sydney rather than non-stop. Virgin offered no compensation for getting us to Melbourne a day late on a worse flight. Would not pay for hotel for a stay overnight in Perth to take alternative flight in morning."

Cons: "The time"

Pros: "Usually i fly Qantas... however since this trip ihave been very impressed with Virgin's services. In particular - quick & streamlined boarding, very comfortable and new seating, complementary snacks & drinks (with gluten free snacks!), and friendly professional staff :)"
Cons: "Difficulty hearing the pilot over the speaker system during the flight"

Pros: "The whole service"

Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Vegetarian option and hot food very important especially for elderly people."

Cons: "no entertainment only back lab was available long ques i only fly virgin at least 6 x times a year"

Pros: "On time departure"
Cons: "Beef dish was mainly rice with insufficient meat or gravy to flavour the rice and there were no vegetables. Entertainment selection was of little choice with documentaries that were not only unsuitable for children but in my opinion unsatisfactory for adults."

Cons: "TVE information they sent me to the email about the airport terminal was confusing: there is not terminal D un perth airport."

Pros: "Fantastic service!"
Cons: "Delay was not appreciated with a fidgety 2 year old"

Pros: "Automatic check-in was really easy to use and everything worked very well and looked modern and stylish. Flight was great, very smooth, good service and the airplane was in great condition. Luggage arrived on the belt very quick after landing."
Cons: "WiFi on airplane did not work."

Pros: "Nil complaints"

Pros: "Smooth boarding"
Cons: "Small seats, which did not recline at all, to the great discomfort of several passengers in our area, including us. With particular physical limitations due to old wounds, i have to say it was painful and unexpectedly difficult for the nearly 3 hours of incarceration. Partly this was exacerbated by the lump of head rest not moving high enough away from my shoulders. My travel companion has a head rest which was also wrecked, come away from its frame and unable to be sorted properly. In all, a poor set up for a flight."

Cons: "There was no in flight entertainment system and no WiFi. No food onboard. No credit card use. All soft drinks were purchase only. Cheap and nasty airline. Onboard Crew are miserable, ground crew just as miserable. Won't use again."

Pros: "Very courteous steward."
Cons: "Small food servings"

Pros: "Efficiency"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "-really friendly staff -nice new terminal with charging stations -early arrival in Brisbane"
Cons: "-The flight departed slightly late -There were no entertainment options on the plane aside from magazines and books I brought myself despite this being a cross-country flight."

Pros: "Easy booking system. Helpful friendly staff at the airport. Service and cabin crew lovely, no problems with baggage. Arrived on time."
Cons: "I find the seating too cramped."
