Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

More information is needed on travel Requirements in the check in website

Cons: "The turbulence was really bad ! I couldn’t sleep at all !"
Pros: "Crew was great. Supportive and friendly. Plane was clean and comfortable."
Cons: "If we were not forced to pass through Costumes and take our Luggages and go through security again, although we were in transit for couple of hours only. I lost my pierce and no one helped"
Cons: "Zero entertainment which seems like should be standard these days"

Cons: "The organisation. Letting know to people about the documents required to access in a country by email in advance."

Cons: "The person I was seated next to had very very bad body odor. They also urinate on the seat. I had to tell the flight attendant about the spoiled seat that I previously brought to the attention of the caretaker of the individual but she had zero concern. I was on a 7 hour flight having to try and avoid the smell. I had to attempt to eat food trying to avoid that smell. The person in front of my seat was able to smell the body odor and urine. He also warned me about the urine in the seat that I was aware of but at least he cared unlike that caretaker. If not fot that experience my flight would have been much better."
Pros: "I always love flying Copa. The staff is always great and the planes are always new, clean and comfortable."
Pros: "Cabin was clean, captain was communicative, disembarking and boarding were efficient"
Cons: "The flight attendants were not friendly to us, though they were competent at their jobs. More varied entertainment choices would have been nice, too."

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

It is better at the jfk than my home country. It was very easy and everything was on time.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!

The only thing I like about Avianca is that it is the airline of last choice and they never disappoint my expectations

Cons: "Four people at the desk in the check in as area, totally insufficient for the whole operation in a busy day."
Pros: "my flight going to Peru was disappointing the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I tried to get help from the steFf but they just smile and walk away service was terrible on my way back from Peru the plane broke down in Bogotá Columbia we were trapped inside the plane for three hours with no air-conditioning we disembarked and they offered us to stay in a hotel but the hotel voucher took a very long time to receive we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flights very disappointed will not fly Avianca again"
