Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫

My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline

I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!

Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.

The crew could have been kinder and less pushy. The premium economy seats don't have enough cushion. The seats are to hard and the flight became painful and uncomfortable after an hour of flying.

Our transit in Taipei was disappointing. The ground crew could not tell us where the lounge was located, so we wasted 15 minutes trying to find it. The airline has a great review, but our experience says otherwise.

I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).

Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.
