Circling so many times before landing I was nearly sick. And a very hard landing so much so I hit my head on the seat in front of me.

Cons: The booking & checking system was terrible: online check-in didn't work, adding a bag didnt work. When calling the helpline an unhelpful agent explained that 3 days before the flight I could neither check in online nor add a bag! I've never heard or seen this with any other airline. I was told I would have to pay excess at the airport, around 10GBP per kilo! When I asked to speak to someone else I was told there was noone I could speak to! So, one of the largest travel companies in the world has noone to speak to when you have a problem... think about that for a moment. I felt like I was in a Kafkaesque novel. Crazily, when I phoned back in desperation later that day, it was suddenly no problem to add a bag. At the airport it was a similar fiasco: Thomson insists on a ridiculous 5kg for the on-board luggage. Most board cases already weigh 2-3 kilos before you've put anything in them! Not just this, the case was weighed at check-in. Again, I haven't experienced this in years. So the not very competent check-in agent had me juggling weight between two cases, just to comply with the rules, rules which seem exlusive to Thomson. This was the worst pre-flight experience I have ever had, and I have flown more than 25 times a year on average for the last 20 years. Thomson needs to revise its website, procedures & customer service urgently.

Cons: The crew, some of the crew were a bit rigid, didn't seem to like what they were doing

Pros: Seat was comfortable and the entertainment was good.

Cons: Honestly, almost everything was good. At the meal time, the flight attendants spilled a lot tomato sauce on my white sweater. Of course it was very uncomfortable, they apologized and try to clean the mess and my sweater, but obviously they couldn’t make it. It was very embarrassing for me. I had to take off my sweater and wear only my winter coat. I suggest they should be more careful.

Cons: Why do you allow people to carry on 3 suitcases and don't leave room for others' 1 carryon. Each seat should have room overhead for each passengers carryon, but they always seem to be full because of people taking on 2-3 carrying

Pros: One of the flight attendants attitude. She was very nice, polite and smiling all the time. I don't see that very often in economy cabin.

Cons: Better snacks and entertainment. There is no food and no screens on this flight.

Cons: On our way to Japan, the flight didn't wait for us though we were on the ground. We had 4 h lay over and missed it by 20 min which was by their system confusion. We missed our christmas plan and business prep time in Japan. Then on our way back, the plane turned around to the gate to pick up customers causing 40min delay. Made us furious. They gave us $200 credit each for our missing flight but we think we deserve more.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I'm still at Heathrow 12 hours later. I never made it to Oslo.

Cons: Provide power outlets at seats. The remote control provided at the seat isn't at all user-friendly. I finally figured it out, but more people than not would have trouble using it. Also, basic features like turning on/off the reading light or calling a flight attendant shouldn't be on this complicated remote. Finally, the seating in economy plus or whatever this class is called needs to be rethought. (aircraft: Boeing 787)

Pros: The BA crew couldn’t be more excellent! They were friendly and courteous from the moment we stepped onboard the plane and maintained a professionalism all throughout the flight. Kudos once again to British Airways for the consistent service you provide over the years!

Cons: Tight for space and asked to change one of two seats to a aisle seat for my partner who had a bladder infection and needed to go to the toilet often. Was refused at check on saying no available seats but after take off noticed that there were available seats.

Pros: Easy boarding with no wait time, very straightforward transfers to hotels on arrival with Thomson organised coaches.

Cons: Very small and confined seats led to an uncomfortable flight. Cabin crew were not attentive.

Pros: Very helpful crew

Pros: Easy check in and great in-flight service. Nice to have a full meal and bar service.

Cons: Slightly delayed, but nothing much.

Pros: The aircraft ergonomics and layout good, the cabin staff etiquette and service attention excellent, great cleanliness of cabin and on board toilets, and considering space limitations and high number of passengers the food and refreshments were excellent. Makes B.A. look second rate. Again excellent driving by those at the pointed end.

Cons: Ground staff at departures at Montego bay were a little aggressive and arrogant. Dont know where the hell the 787 manufacturing plant got their seat designers from, but they certainly didnt get a degree in human anatomy, I guess they thought the plane would only get short haul usage i.e. two and a half hour flights......seating most unconfortable!

Cons: Food on board a bit pricey.

Pros: Flight was on time and well managed. Nicer than Ryanair but limited facilities as this is a charter airline. No video or seat bag nets for example.

Cons: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Cons: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Pros: Perhaps because I'd previously flown Premium Cabin on the Dreamliner but I found the seating uncomfortable. I've flown long haul economy with both Etihad and Singapore and was expecting the Dreamliner to be up there with these airlines. Sadly not. In all other respects the flight was fine. Boarding, food etc all good.

Pros: Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Cons: Make it to the airport 4 hrs earlier, 3 is not enough at least at the Mx city airport

Cons: We had to wait for staff to come and check in baggage.

Cons: No assistance to mothers with strollers. While boarding, picked a few people randomly to inspect our bags right before getting on a plane. Held us in a separate room including me who is single mother traveled with 2 year old for 3 flights in the row. My son didnt get his meal. Also had to ask for any juice. Horrible menu. Late food serving, but quick to clean up in a rash. Loud people on phones and nobody stopped them. Horrible experience.

Cons: I would have expected in business class not to have to literally climb over other passengers to get out of my seat. The diagram I had looked at before picking a seat made it look like that would not be a problem but when others are laying flat there is no other choice but to climb over hoping not to fall over them or wake them up

Cons: That was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had to fly in. I’m on 5’7 and I was really stuck. Luckily the guy sitting next to me was my same size. I feel bad for someone who’s tall or large. No WiFi and you couldn’t charge your phone. Also the tray table was broken and my drink kept spilling on me.

Cons: BA business cabin "suite" concept makes the whole thing feel cramped and narrow, not to mention very inconvenient to move through with luggage (or at all). A serious miss from the BA interior designer.
