Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

Cons: "We were not allowed to check my bag in line 2 hours early. Time listed on e boarding pass was at gate but we were in line 2 hours early and not alerted to get put ahead in lines. Misleading us and 3 others we knew of to not allowed to check bags or go to gate. Had to rebook next available 1 1/2 days later."
Cons: "I purchased a fully refundable ticket. When the flight was canceled I got squat. Eventually got a voucher from Avianca. I paid for a ticket to get money back, not a voucher. Kayak where is my money!"
Pros: "Yes, the travel was excellent, from Medellin to Bogota and from Bogota to New York, thank you so much."
Cons: "The next time I will contact you to buy my tickets to travel."
