Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had the ticket, the receipt and they lost it!! Because the flight was fully booked, I had to wait 8 hours!!! Turkish Airlines provided me with NO FOOD, NO WATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were pathetic. They admitted it was their fault for losing my reservation but provided me with nothing.
everything was excellent except for the meal on the fight from the Istanbul which was disgusting, the only choice of food available was pasta which was served frozen.
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.
I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.

One of the best flights I have been on in a while. Food was excellent. The chair-back screens in economy were A+. The crew was friendly and helpful.
The economy seats are small and crowded, but overall the food was very good, cutest little gift bags also! Crew was very nice and professional. Everything was clean.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.

The lines to check in both at LAX and coming home from Cairo were ridiculous. Close to 2 hr to check in. I had pre-checked at LAX so I was able to get into a shorter line but it was still over 45 minute wait. In Cairo the travel agent with us was able to get us in the Business Class line but that was over an hour wait. Then in Cairo the plane was delayed over an hour. Missed the connecting flight. The airline gave us a food voucher for a few US chain fast food restaurants and the items that could be ordered we limited to only 2. Had to wait 4-5hrs for the next flight. I get that flights get delayed and its not really anyone's "fault" but the airline has an opportunity to demonstrate that they realize that this is a real inconvenience and step it up a bit.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.

Airport entrance was working with one single opened location , hall was extremely crowded and insisted on closing boarding with above circumstances to oblige you to rebook.
Worst Airline Experience of My Life – I Would Never Fly EgyptAir Again Our family of four traveled from Makkah to Washington Dulles (IAD) with a connection in Cairo, and it was by far the worst airline experience we have ever had. Our problems began before we even reached Cairo. The aircraft made what felt like an extremely hard and rapid descent, causing severe ear pain for me and my children. My son was crying in pain. When I asked a flight attendant for earplugs or any assistance, she simply replied that they had nothing. At Cairo Airport, EgyptAir left us and three other connecting passengers in a deserted area away from the terminal. Despite a three-hour layover, multiple requests for help, and shuttle vans passing every few minutes, the staff refused to assist us. Only after another passenger loudly confronted the staff were we finally allowed onto a shuttle, leaving us with barely an hour before departure. The onboard experience was just as disappointing. A middle-aged male crew member was rude and dismissive. During our 13-hour flight, no one offered us water, our call button was ignored, and meal trays remained in front of us until I had to repeatedly ask for them to be removed. The food was unpleasant, the aircraft was dirty, and the seats and windows were covered with fingerprints and grime. Cairo Airport itself was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. I have flown with Emirates and Etihad Airways, and the difference is remarkable. Those airlines prioritize professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and customer service. EgyptAir did not. This experience was stressful, exhausting, and unacceptable for my family. I am sharing it because I do not want other families to go through the same ordeal. I will be telling my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone considering EgyptAir about what we experienced so they can make an informed decision. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EgyptAir to anyone.

EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
