Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

Delays on both journeys - only found out before geting to the airport as had created trip within Kayak.
There is nothing I can think.of that jet2 need to improve They offer a great package. Very efficient
All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
The flight was okay, seats slightly more comfortable than Easy jet, but wouldn’t want to fly much more than 3.5 hours in those seats, hard and uncomfortable for further journeys. Boarding was okay, never eat or drink on Eco airlines, food not good and expensive for what you get. But it is what it is, and for the price one can not really complain.
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great
Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating
It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....
The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.
There was a delay because they had to switch planes it wasn’t explained very well nor were there updates.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience
Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!
As you would expect from a budget airline Left and arrived on time, no frills, not even a glass of water offered But you get what you pay for
Total jobs worths over carry on bags, charged £96 extra for bags that were clearly hand luggage
3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .
Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.
Everything about the flight was excellent except for the fact that we had to wait one hour on the tar app and then I had to race to catch my connecting flight with the next stop
The flight on time, flawless check in and boarding process, the crew was very friendly.
Generally OK. The very worst part was the food we were served (on a special diet) which the crew apologised for and said they took photos for there managers. This flight was using a code-share from Discovery Airways, so perhaps not Lufthansa's direct fault. The general food was far better but definitely not plentiful unlike some other airlines. Otherwise it was a nothing special experience unlike the superb time we had last year for a similar route on Cathay!
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.
When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
Missed slot to leave so we were on the plane for an extra hour. The seats were really uncomfortable and the food was poor. The experience makes me think twice about flying as I suspect they are all similar.
Fine, charter flights. Plane full, and staff nice and friendly. No option for free food or drink. Entertainment through paid app.
The 737-8 is too small for the length of flight especially if there are any delays
The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.
Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.
