flight departure was late, with no updates on status of departure
We flew with their partner VESCO on a small plane, it was a really good flight. There was no food or entertainment as it’s a one hour hopper flight.
Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.
Was on holiday with my partner and we booked with Vietnam airlines as it not meant to be a budget airline. They separated us and made us sit at either end of the plane. Not the way I planned to spend my time on my holiday separate from my loved one. How can they separate people on the same booking. They know we are together and spending quality time together.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food
when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.
Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.
Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi
Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.
The most attentive crew and although we were a little late leaving ( missing passenger) flight experience more than compensated . Best flight attendants I have flown with in 50 years !!
Crew were not engaging. Only engaged if requested. Food taste was mediocre
My seat had many issues. First the chair was broken where reclining was difficult. My usb plug was also broken so charging was impossible.
Not much of anything could have been done better unless I had a first class ticket. I was literally 15 hours with an airline in the economy class. Very professional friendly and attentive crew. Good airline food, clean cabin, seating area and bathrooms. I've been 4 times back-and-forth with Cathay Pacific, and I would not choose another airline for this trip. Five out of five stars.
Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment
Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
I had high expectations but met with a below average experience. I hope the Airline will take a notice and improve.
Im now late to my appointment because of delayed flight
Unfortunately I ended up beside a person who seemed to have been eating rotten corpses before landing because his breath smelled like Calcutta Sewage mixed with vodka and undigested eggs. Even wearing a mask that smell was so permeating that I couldn't breathe for the whole duration of the flight. I understand this is not CATHAY's fault but nevertheless I as a passenger had to endure this and there wasn't any way to fix it
I booked Flexi ticket, Paid extra for extra legroom seat. What I got was worst ever place to sit. It was an emergency exit seat with lots of legroom but half of the seat was occupied with aircraft body. Means you don’t keep that seat where a passenger can’t sit. The seats are too narrow. Whole night I was awake. Not movable armrests. One of the worst.
The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again

A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.
Paid for seat upgrades but the seats were broken so had to move to seats with no leg room. Overall, service was poor. Asked for a blanket, which everyone received but there wasn't one on my chair--told that there wasn't anymore, but then saw them give out extra blankets to people and saw a huge stack of extra blankets.
Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.
Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks
They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.
Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
The flight itself was ok. However, the plane has 2 bathrooms for about 200 people. After the meal service there was a line between 10-15 people deep standing in the aisle waiting to use the bathroom. This went on for over an hour. The airlines tell us safety is their priority and to keep seatbelts on whenever on the plane but they allow a line of people to stand in the aisle for over an hour waiting for a bathroom. Absurd and unacceptable.
The seats were very comfortable. The menu was excellent. The service was very good.
The flight was cancelled. I never flew with this airline

Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport
I was memorable! THIS FLIGHT WAS ALL ABOUT WAITING! WAITING TO BOARD SINCE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WAITING IN THE RUNWAYS NO AVAILABLE PARKING BAY. FOR THE LAST TIME WAITING FOR FOOD COMPENSATION

"usual delay" for an hour.. they are usually missing punctuality.
The seats are too cramped, there is barely enough room to shift weight. This could be easy to endure in a one-hour flight, but not more than that. The crew did not clean up shortly after meals. The tray table remained open because of the meal and ate up what is left of the little seating space. The crew were just idling by for 45 minutes before they collected the trash. The airline did not inspect carry-on luggage. Most of the passengers brought too many bags, too large and/or over the weight limit. This undermines safety and discourages those who pay extra for checked bags just to comply with the airline regulations. If the airline is not inspecting carry-on luggage, why should I pay more just to check in some bags?
The front desk and early check in was fantastic and the flight did not have any turbulence
It was a low cost flight, so no high expectations. The experience was average.
