Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable

Cons: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Pros: Crew was friendly

Cons: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Pros: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Pros: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Cons: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Stood outside for a good 5-10 minutes in 40 degree weather because they decided to open the door but would not let anyone in the plane yet. They should of let us stay in line inside then try to board and be in the cold.

Cons: Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight.

No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen

Pros: Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall.

Cons: I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so.
