Pros: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Cons: "I did not like the way the plane was boarded- people could not get into their seats because others blocked the aisles - so chaotic. Passengers were not being rude to one another, it was simply that the process is poor. Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

Cons: "I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!"

I should get a refund on that extra money I paid for those seats that we did not get. Also, I booked British Air and was put on American Airlines. I sure hope the seats home are what we chose and paid extra for. So disappointed. Feels a bit like fraud to pay extra for something and not receive it."

We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour. The seats were too crammed together and very uncomfortable for a 4+ hour flight. Food service did come through, but they were out of most things. It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again."

The item itself was gate checked for safety - and to me the damage says that still somehow it is unsafe to fly with an instrument which as a professional musician is frustrating. In addition flights have very limited food options that accommodate persons with gluten/dairy allergies."

There was NO entertainment unless you downloaded an app and we received no morning coffee because it came too late and plane was landing! "The worst part of the flight happens on the ground at SAF. United is woefully understaffed. It takes much longer than it should to get the ramp in place, so there is a significant wait before passengers can deplane. If you have checked bags, be prepared to wait in the crowded terminal. It's a small airport and the problems should be addressed."

Cons: "Even though I booked two tickets together at the same time months before the flight, and there was no option to reserve the seats in advance. when we arrived at the airport we had to go to the gates to get our seats and we were separated, both middle seat exit row on opposite aisles. We asked if any changes could be made and we were told we chose economy seating and all the seats were booked. I will avoid flying with uUnited going forward"

Cons: "Seats were hard and stiff with no padding on the backrest. There was minimal room and even less overhead storage. The seats were in between the windows so you couldn’t really see outside of someone else shut the window on you. Thein"

Cons: "The screaming kids, the rude staff, the extra hour on the tarmac with "4 planes ahead of us" followed by "a few planes ahead of us" which meant we all had OVER AN HOUR TO USE THE RESTROOM but weren't allowed. Some people were in the lavatory for 15 mins and your crew knocked on my door after less than 5. Could have sworn at the stewardess it was so rude! 0/10, would rather fly a kite"

Pros: "The crew on the flight was very nice and I like that they fed us multiple times."
Cons: "When at the boarding gate, the staff forced me to check my carry on because they said it was “too big”. But I was on a flight before hand that was much smaller and it fit in the overhead space there. When I try to tell them that it fit in the last plane and I fit it in the example been, they still made me check it. I believe they just picked me out for no reason. It was ridiculous and the lady was very rude. The crew on the flight was very nice and I like that they fed us multiple times. Also, the flight was very cold. Even with the blanket and cardigan, we could never get warm."

Cons: "It was a red eye flight so we expected the crew to be more sensitive to the fact that people would be trying to get some sleep to help adjust to the time change ahead in England. The crew, one girl in particular was so incredibly loud as she walked up and down that it was impossible to sleep. She shouted over me and my husbands head despite seeing us asleep, to speak to the third person in our row. It made our journey much more difficult and our arrival in Manchester start the wrong way. Really disappointing and totally controllable."

I've spoiled myself by flying on foreign carriers who all have MUCH friendlier flight attendants, better food, and no charge for drinks. that would include Air France, KLM, Turkish, LOT and British Airways."

Cons: "The problem w this flight is that the plane departs from ORD. So even if the weather isn't a problem, if there's a problem w the plane they will fix it at ORD. Needless to say the propensity of that happening causes delays."

Cons: "Having to walk a LONG distance from one terminal to the next and almost missing my flight due to delays. Then we had a delay from the bridge from plane to the airport was not working!!!"

Pros: "I missed my flight due to an unexpected car accident. The first two Kayak agents I delt with tried their best to help me by calling United and getting the fees waived for me, but they had no luck.The third agent was successful. All three agents were wonderful, compassionate and wanted to help. The third agent was successful and I appreciate all that was done for me."

Cons: "On both legs of my flight, I watched an hour of a movie on my iPad using United's app, and then the network failed. And I couldn't get the first movie on the second leg, so I couldn't finish either. Very frustrating."

I dread flying into Syracuse. They are never on time meeting flights. Baggage claim takes ages. Checking in is a nightmare if you need something other than checking in."
