Crew was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Food is deteriorating. The snack at the end of the flight was not good, a greasy moosh of toast cheese snd other unidentifiable ingredients. Coming from Germany a pretzl with butter would have been better. Entertainment had a great selection.

We just made it to our connecting flight. A long, long speed walk!

..it was short.. I didn't like that my red bag went out completely stained with black stains..That's probably some airport staff bad handling but still

Food could have something without dairy, I couldn't eat anything. Tv for both seats was malfunctioning. They have one bottle of ginger ale for entire plane.... and I paid extra for these seats...very disappointed

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

I was unable to check in online. When I attempted to do so from the app and Luftansa website, I was directed to Niko.hr which I found out was fraught with errors. The kiosk at airport was not working. I had to wait in line to check in which was inefficient

Lufthansa is my favorite airline and have flown oversea with them for the past 25 years: i always found them so professional and incredibly efficient from checking in to arrival. I also love their Munich or Frankfurt airports.

The United flight was excellent! The flight attendants were attentive and nice, and the food was very good! And the glasses are larger than on Lufthansa flights! I don’t want to have to ask for 15 glasses of water because their glasses are ridiculously small!

It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.
