Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
It was a short flight. It did leave about 15 minutes late but other than that everything went well!! There was no food service or entertainment so can’t comment on any of that.
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers
Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection
Snacks could come back to normal now that COVID rules have relaxed, given this is not a low fare company
NOTE: this flight is operated by TAROM It’s good, but the in flight entertainment wasn’t working
The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.
crownded flihgt, use the self check in and bag drop service it saves 80% of waiting time!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
I canceled the flight but not wizz nor kayak replied to my messages. Worst experience from both
Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am
The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.
Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.
The boarding process was fast Uncomfortable seats ,do not recline.
The pilot decided to close the front toilet for himself for the whole duration of the flight, something that was very awkward. Never had this type of experience in my life. Sitting in the first rows, being blovked by the food cart for a 1/3 time of the flight, was something not usual. Otherwise good flight
Would pay more to go on another airline. Everything from check in to flight was unpleasant. You get what you pay for i guess.
