Very long delay due to aircraft malfunction. Information was not delivered in good manner.

The crew were incredible, especially with how unruly many of the travelers were. Loved the pots and hummus and the food in general. The leg room in economy was plentiful, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
Check-in was quick and boarded plane on time. Seats were comfortable, large screen entertainment, slept almost entire flight. Staff was pleasant. What is great about ELAL is their safety, and ability to take a large carrey on trolley and no one cares about size or weight. No one is taken out of line because of excess hand luggage like they do on Wiz or RYANAIR.
My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one
The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.
The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.
Boarding waiting outside in storm and rain is not OK

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more
The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.
Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
