It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Only said, I have to printing the boarding pass, but I was traveling around country side, so there were no place to printing the ticket. When in the airport , the staff require either online or printing boarding pass, but as my online boarding pass is not working, I said I would like to get boarding pass and willing to pay for it. But she was almost shouting to me and her face looking vey annoyed for doing additional work. I was uncomfortable for her service. And she only said "NEXT TIME!, OK?", her tone was like scold to child. I don't expect either excellence service or big friendly smile, but I paid for ticket and printing, I didn't bagging anything. I really did't understand her attitude, I don't have any reason to heard her shouting voice in the airport after holidays. I was consider never use Ryanair next time, seriously."

It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat..."

Cons: "Specially, the attention during the flight was horrible. I asked simple things but they were unable to satisfy it. Also, I lost something small but significant in the airplane, and when I asked to baggage services, they answered me in a very bad way, without any intention to help me. Definitely, this was my first and last time flying in Ryanair."

Cons: "Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."

Cons: "This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency."

Cons: "Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport."

Cons: "The flight was packed with Jewish people,unfortunately very rude and uncontrollable by the cabin staff,I could see there growing frustration,at telling them to sit down,or stay in your seats! This was relayed by conversations with the other passengers.No consideration for others!which overall ruined the flight"

Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"

Had to go on the web site to check in then get an email sent to me with boarding pass to be able to put my bag on a check in computer!!!all of this while I’m standing at the desk. This is now rediculous way to travel, hope the airline does not go broke with people avoiding travel with this company!"

Cons: "I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation."

Cons: "My family and I were treated badly at check in, refused to weigh my luggage, sent us off to another area to weigh things , then when we came back to the counter, working with different clerk he shouted over everyone head and shouting telling her be careful they have over weight , that was bad behavior and not professional, I asked for the supervisor and I waited for 30 min and no one showed up and I requested his name the Indian man to report him then he disappeared and no one helped me and I almost missed my flight and barely made it, I would never fly on this flight and I don't recommend anyone to use it , flight attendance are not qualified and poorly speak English"
