Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

The flight crews were extremely professional helpful and courteous. Departure and arrival times were accurate. No delay. Thanks

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

Korean Air had great service and the Bibimbap dish was the best airplane food I’ve ever had. It was a long flight so in between the two meals they served customers could get Shin ramen. The flight attendants let my children use a pair of nice headphones for the flight and had earbuds and slippers for all the adults. The flight was long but the time passed by relatively quickly because they have many great shows in their entertainment TV. I watched the BTS Love Yourself and Speak Yourself concerts 💜

It was a quick and comfortable flight. There was no entertainment or food so I gave them poor marks. I wasn’t really expecting either so wish there was a NA option. Great flight with more leg room than my longer, overseas seating!

Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

The flight was pretty much as expected. Have spent a lot of time flying back and forth from Asia to the US. So it was normal, as usual, most Asian airlines do not have good food, of course, most airlines don't have very good food something to do with 30,000 feet in the air. The seats were a little cramped but that's kind of normal for economy class. Their notification of where to pick up baggage was really screwy. I had to run all over Harry Reid Airport in Vegas to find my baggage. A little better communication about that Would have been much nicer.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

Wow they board very fast and very organized. We left late to to inbound flight but arrived early due to crew organized.

Wonderful service from timely boarding, to attentive crew, food service, my seat was very comfy, no complaints at all!

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

American Airlines didn’t allow you to complete online check-in unless you paid for your seats. Quite disappointing.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.
